The newly opened Anantara Resort in Ubud has great food and spa singing bowls!

The essence of Bali is in Ubud, so of course you have to stay in Ubud for a few days when you come to Bali for a vacation! On our second trip to Bali this year, the first hotel we stayed at was the newly opened Anantara Ubud Bali Resort, a tropical rainforest resort with stunning natural surroundings and a rich local cultural and artistic atmosphere that makes this Anantara particularly charming! We stayed in a one-bedroom pool villa with a forest view, and the interior design and exquisite decoration were amazing! When it rained, we opened the windows, and the outdoor pool and tropical rainforest instantly turned into a painting, so beautiful that it was intoxicating! The Sound Healing singing bowl program at the hotel's spa is an experience not to be missed. Although I have done it a few times before, the sounder used at Anantara Ubud and the whole ritual is so strong! The hotel's restaurants and bars are also great! The signature restaurant Amerta is a very sophisticated restaurant, and the Balinese specialties made in the wood-fired oven are very good! We had a five-course dinner here, and it was very good! In addition, the exquisite Indonesian cuisine at Kirana Restaurant and the Sulang Bar by the valley are worth a visit. I really like the laid-back vacation atmosphere in Ubud!
