The Mediterranean cliff restaurant at the Hilton Umana LXR Hotel in Bali is just so beautiful!

The Hilton Umana LXR Hotel and Resort in Bali is the first resort of Hilton's LXR brand in Southeast Asia. The hotel is located at the southernmost tip of Bali on Uluwatu Hill, atop a cliff and with direct access to Melasti Beach, boasting magnificent sea views! The hotel is situated on a limestone cliff, terraced according to the hill's contours, which perfectly corresponds to the hotel's name 'uma' (which means ancient rice fields in the local language). The architecture, landscape, and interior design of the hotel interpret the Balinese lifestyle in a modern way, integrating Balinese legends, beliefs, and customs into the design textures and spaces of the hotel, engraving the vibrant life art and atmosphere of Bali. This is the third hotel I stayed at during my birthday month vacation in Bali. So far, it is the most cost-effective all-villa resort I have seen on this trip to Bali. The villas are super spacious - starting from 400 square meters, and the private sea view pools are also much larger than those of typical villas! The villas of the entire hotel are built in a terraced fashion according to the hill's contours, and each villa has a design that is both expansive and open, with elegant interiors including floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors to maximize natural light and space. The transparent and bright scenery is seamlessly decorated, and you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Indian Ocean or tropical gardens through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel's design harmoniously gathers elements of rituals, community, and nature - contemporary sculptures depicting Balinese dancers can be seen everywhere, adorned with ancient coins that were once used for offerings and decorating temples on important occasions! Even better is the hotel's Oliverra cliff restaurant located at the top of the cliff - while enjoying the stunning sea views, you can also savor Mediterranean cuisine. I highly recommend not missing out on this when vacationing in Bali!
