Bagan is a city famous for its beautiful sunrises! I think it's because there are so many pagodas that the sunrise looks amazing. That's probably why the sunrise tour system is so well-organized. I made a deal with a tuk-tuk driver and went on a tour for 13,000 kyat, with the condition that he would pick me up and drop me off at various spots.
