Experience Autumn at Byeongsan Seowon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Andong.

Byeongsan Seowon 386 Byeongsan-gil, Pungcheon-myeon, Andong-si, Gyeongbuk Open daily 09:00~18:00 (slightly different in winter and summer) Located in Pungcheon-myeon, Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, this seowon (Confucian academy) is one of the representative seowons of Andong along with Dosan Seowon. It is one of the buildings that clearly shows the philosophy of Korean architecture with its back to the mountain and facing the water. As the name 'Byeongsan' suggests, it is surrounded by mountains on all sides. The mist after the rain and the serene atmosphere are breathtaking. I visited during my trip to Andong, captured the beautiful scenery with my eyes, and felt the essence of autumn 🍁🍂🥮
