Wat Phra Singh, Royal Monastery, Chiang Rai . It is a third-class royal temple, common type. The principal Buddha image in the ordination hall is a Lanna Thai art Buddha image, 21st Buddhist century, Mara-Vijaya posture, bronze type, gilded, 204 centimeters wide at the lap, 284 centimeters high at the base. It is enshrined in the ordination hall with a graceful appearance. There is a replica of the Buddha’s footprint, a bell tower, a Bodhi tree from Bodh Gaya, and a Sala tree from Sri Lanka that Phra Thammakittisophon brought from Sri Lanka and planted at Wat Phra Singh in B.E. 2512 .
