Before wrapping up our trip to Amphawa, I’d like to share a review of the hotel we chose to stay at this time—“Amphawa Na Non.” This boutique hotel is compact and conveniently located near Amphawa Floating Market, just a short walk away. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy the local atmosphere in a relaxed setting. Initially, when searching for a place to stay, I was looking for a room “by the riverside” and “with a bathtub.” However, after some research, I found that most hotels in the area offered either one or the other, so I had to choose. In the end, I opted for a room with a bathtub, prioritizing relaxation after a tiring day of exploring. Luckily, Amphawa Na Non offers rooms with bathtubs and a view of Amphawa town, just a few minutes’ walk from the floating market. The accommodation is truly worth it, especially when you get to experience their “impressive breakfast.” In addition to the usual menu items, they serve crispy fried mackerel with a soft interior, paired with the hotel’s homemade shrimp paste chili dip. The flavors are so delightful and homely that I wished I could take some back home for my mom. Moreover, the hotel’s rooftop features a made-to-order dining area. We tried several dishes and found the chef’s skills to be exceptional. The authentic Thai cuisine was rich in flavor and delicious in every dish. The atmosphere was also great, with a cool breeze making it an ideal spot for dinner or an evening meal. As for the rooms, they are clean and warmly decorated, equipped with all necessary amenities. The highlight is undoubtedly the bathtub, which provides excellent relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Overall, my experience at “Amphawa Na Non” exceeded expectations in many ways—its prime location, delicious food, and relaxing ambiance. It’s a perfect choice for a short, unhurried getaway. And without a doubt, the next time I visit Amphawa, I won’t need to search for a new place to stay because I’m already planning to return here.
