This gelato shop is directly managed by Izumi Farm, a small farm in the northern part of Amami Oshima. They make everything from the ingredients to the finished product in the kitchen inside the shop. They use not only fruits from their own farm, but also ingredients such as brown sugar and sea salt from Amami, and they visit the producers and make the gelato together!
