Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Alicante (Region) The Alicante Museum of Contemporary Art (MACA) opened in 2011 as the successor to La Asegurada Museum, which was created in 1977 with a donation from Eusebio Sempere. It houses three permanent collections: the 20th Century Art Collection, which includes works by Miró, Dalí, Juan Gris and Julio González, among others; the Juana Francés Collection, bequeathed by the artist upon his death in 1990; and the Eusebio Sempere Collection, acquired by Alicante City Council in 1997. #JanuaryDestinations2025 #SpainTravel #Valencia
