Midnight Grill Food in Akaslompolo

When you finally reach Yllas ski resort, you probably want to eat something. It’s very common in the Finnish Lapland resorts that the restaurants close very early and the same happened to me: I arrived around 9 pm and everything was closed except the Kaamos Grill in Akaslompolo, Yllas in Finland. The exact address is: Sivulantie 2. Well, I admit it’s not the healthiest choice but at least they have some decent options: kebab, chicken, sausage or even vendace (fish) and fries. They also have some hot dogs on their list. Prices aren’t too high, actually quite reasonable. In this land of good quality grill burgers, it’s fairly hard to beat the best restaurants but for this time and place it was just a perfect experience.
