🌟 Highlights: The old town is a medieval fortress, similar to Carcassonne. It's not very large, approximately 500 meters from north to south, but the city walls are quite impressive. The streets are filled with shops and restaurants, making it a well-developed tourist destination. After seeing Carcassonne, this place is just a small fortress, but if you haven't been to Carcassonne, it's still worth a visit when you're in the South of France. Nearby, there is also a pink salt lake, but unfortunately, I took the wrong direction. I should have walked along the left bank of the river, but I went to the right, and as a result, I saw a few white cranes but missed the pink lake. The sun is so strong, in August in the South of France, the sunlight is scorching, with temperatures reaching 33 degrees today.
