[Hokkaido] Toya Observation Deck at sunset: a spiritual journey

#September2024 On my recent trip I came to the beautiful Toya Observation Deck, a great spot to look out over Lake Toya. When I walked to the observation deck, I was amazed by the scenery in front of me: the lake was like a mirror, surrounded by green mountains, and the sky was cloudless. Just as I was immersed in this natural painting, the setting sun slowly descended, dyeing the sky golden orange. I found a comfortable seat, sat down quietly, and felt the breeze. At this moment, my soul seemed to relax with the afterglow of the sunset. The people around were also attracted by the beautiful scene. They all took out their cameras to capture this rare beauty. I couldn't help but take a few photos, wanting to treasure this beauty forever. When the sun sets, the light and shadows on the lake surface change unpredictably, as if telling touching stories. At this moment, I felt the power and quietness of nature, which made me think about everything in life.
