My first time in Laos was overland from Thailand. My favorite city in Laos is Vientiane! A city in the middle of the countryside with nature and tourists. I rented a motorbike and went to the Blue Lagoon and mountain climbing. There were motorbikes and airplanes at the top of the mountain, and many foreigners at the photo spot! There were a lot of Westerners. There are 1 to 3 Blue Lagoons, so you can go to them according to your preference, or you can go to all of them! There is a fee to use the mountain and the lagoon, but it's only about 200 yen! It's very cost-effective. Also, I was surprised to see so many Koreans, because there was Korean everywhere! I enjoyed reading Korean, too. The food was super cheap and delicious! It suits Japanese people. The sandwiches are about 200 yen each, full of ingredients, and sold everywhere. I ate them every day. The grilled meat was delicious, and the smoothies were cheap and delicious. It's sure to be a trip that will make you forget about the weak yen! When renting a motorbike, you need to leave your passport, but they will keep it safe and return it to you when you return the motorbike, so don't worry. 📍Location: Laos

Laos has a lot of temples as it is a Southeast Asian country. Laos has some very large temples, but you can find small temples in front of each house. The large temples were especially magnificent. we spent five nights staying in the capital off Laos Vientiane with beautiful views off the mekong River. we visited the museum at the former Ho Pha Keo temple. We also visited the beautiful Patuxay monument celebrating Loas independence from the French. Blue Lagoon is another recommended place for everyone to visit when you arrive in Vang Vieng. There are many Blue Lagoons here, but we chose the second one and it was as expected. It is very beautiful. The entrance fee is 20,000 kip (40 baht). When you enter, there will be many seating areas for you to choose from, such as pavilions and sunbathing areas. The center area is a beautiful blue natural pool. The highlight is the jumping point. Test your courage here. There is also a slide on the side for us to play. Vientiane seems to be seeing an increase in state-of-the-art hotels due to urbanization and tourism, but the old-established hotels in the city center provide meticulous service, a sense of security, and a luxurious feeling. I think the Lao Plaza Hotel is one of a kind. When you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by a massive, traditional Lao tower! The front desk staff are also very hospitable, and the check-in is elegant. The location is quiet, but it is only a few minutes' walk from Talat Sao, the bus terminal, and Nambu Square. The breakfast has a wide variety of options. You can also walk to the Mekong River. I was surprised to see how dry it is during the dry season! It's nice to spend some time elegantly in an old-established hotel!

This bakery cafe is located a little way from the center of Vientiane. The exterior and interior are beautiful, and it's frequented by both tourists and people on their lunch breaks at work. I ordered a croissant, cream bun, and Americano for 50,000 kip (about 500 yen), so I guess it's on the cheaper side for a nice cafe. The wifi is about 6-9 mpbs, I think. I personally found it a very comfortable cafe.

Siang Buddha Park has more than 200 Hindu and Buddhist Buddha statues, including a 40-meter-high reclining Buddha, which is not far from the capital city of Vientiane. It is located 25 km from the capital city of Vientiane in the grasslands along the Mekong River. Siang Khuan Buddha Park is located in Hat Yai Subdistrict, Vientiane Province, Laos. Wat Xieng Kwan, Xieng Kwan means the city of spirits. Another popular place that has received a lot of attention from tourists visiting Laos, Vientiane, is Wat Xieng Kwan. It is about 25 kilometers from Vientiane, about 3 kilometers past the Laos-Thailand Friendship Bridge. It is a garden of Buddha built in 1958. Blue Lagoon 3 In my opinion, going to play in the water at all 3 Blue Lagoons has its own charm and beauty. But if you ask me which one I like and am most impressed with, I would say that I am most impressed with Blue Lagoon 3 because the view is beautiful and the water is very clear. 📍PUN CAFE Vientiane Station, part of the China-Laos Railway 🚃, was the station I used when traveling from Vientiane to Luang Prabang 🙆♀️. The railway is often fully booked, especially close to departure, and I heard that the station has airport-level baggage checks. So, I made sure to arrive at the station with plenty of time to spare 🏃♂️. In reality, the baggage check was quick, leaving me with about an hour and a half of waiting time 😂. There were several cafés at the station, and given how well-equipped the station was, I expected airport-level prices. Hesitantly, I checked the menu and was pleasantly surprised by the affordability 👏. I ordered an Oreo Matcha Milk, which cost 48,000 kip (around 300 yen)! What's more, it was handmade rather than machine-made 😻. The matcha flavor was rich and exceeded my expectations 🍵💓. The café also offered WiFi 🛜.

#Accommodation under a hundred There are many zones of accommodation, both mountain views, river views, and nature views, which I must say are all beautiful and worth staying in. The atmosphere is quiet, shady, clean, and safe. We chose to stay in the camping zone, and got it for 980 baht per house. You can pay in Thai cash. There were 4 of us, father, mother, and children. Children were not charged extra. The bathroom is shared (but on the day we went, there was a camping zone, and we stayed in only one house, so we rented the entire bathroom). This price includes breakfast, which is a set, which is very filling. We ate until we were full. If anyone has plans to travel to Vang Vieng, we recommend staying here. You will wake up refreshed in the morning. The staff are friendly and provide great service. They will always ask if you need anything else.
