I want to go to my second home, Australia, to clear my head🇦🇺
#2024WishEvent
Australia is the country I left for as soon as I turned 20 (22 in Korean age),
and it was my first extended stay abroad. 🇦🇺
It's given me so many experiences and memories,
making it my second home and a place I always miss!
Actually, when I left my first job and left for Australia,
I really let go of a lot of things, cleared my mind,
and enjoyed the diverse Australian landscapes.☺️
Revisiting Australia, Uluru, which I hadn't been to before, was the highlight of my trip.❣️
Uluru, located at the very heart of the Earth, is a place where I can fully embrace its natural beauty.
It's still one of my top three travel destinations that has left a deep impression on me.
The romance of going to Uluru, going on a camping tour, and falling asleep under the night sky was amazing.
With limited lighting, I spent time relying on the stars.
The time spent warming up by the campfire was also wonderful.
I woke up at the crack of dawn and went trekking, gathering a lot of thoughts.
At the time, I was exhausted and discouraged in many ways,
but in the face of nature, I felt like a tiny speck of dust.
It took me a long time to wake up and walk around Uluru, the iconic red island known as Ayers Rock.
This is a travel story that made me feel I absolutely had to go back again.
The second photo is Kings Canyon. There are several routes, and depending on your condition, the trekking course varies. I took the longest route and was so proud!
And my favorite wine is a must-have for any trip🍷
I'd love to visit Penfolds, Australia's national treasure, and I'd love to experience the new trends with more wines coming out these days🫶🏻
I was young at 22, needed a milestone at 27, and now, after a burnout, I'm 32 and wanting to decide where to go next.
I'm heading back to Australia to recapture the passion of my youth, and the flat whites I miss from cafes, and now, I'm enjoying wine, an essential part of life, and I want to embark on a new journey. ✨✨✨
