We started from the ticket office of Chaoyang Mountain. Since we climbed from Chaoyang Mountain to Jian Mountain, which is quite steep, we suggest you do the opposite, that is, from Qingliang Temple to Chaoyang Mountain Scenic Area. The whole process is as follows: Navigate to Lingshan Town, there is a nursing home nearby, you can park your car near the nursing home, and walk to Qingliang Temple. There is a sign at the fork in the road that will show you the way to Qingliang Temple. On the way to Qingliang Temple, you will pass a farmhouse and Hongwei Reservoir. After arriving at Qingliang Temple, keep going up, there is only one road, and you will reach Chaoyang Temple. After visiting Chaoyang Temple, find a place to park and the whole loop is over. According to this route, the slope is not steep, and there is basically no pressure. You can climb to Jian Mountain in one go without panting. Bring some food and drinks on the way, and enjoy.

Gulingshan is located 8 km northwest of Qixian County, Hebi City, Henan Province. It covers a tourist area of 18 square kilometers and is a national 4A tourist attraction. It is the place where the ancestor of mankind, Nuwa, cultivated her true self, the birthplace of the TV series Investiture of the Gods, and the place where King Zhou offered incense. It has a long history and beautiful scenery. The mountain is not very high, and for those who don't like climbing, there is a round-trip cable car in the scenic area for CNY 30 per person. Military personnel with a military ID can enter for free. We went to the scenic area on the ninth day of the lunar new year, and seniors over 60 years old can also enter for free.

According to the "Qi County Chronicles", the Zhaixing Terrace was built by Emperor Xin of the Shang Dynasty for entertainment, and a rammed earth platform still exists. It is said that Shang Chengbi Gan picked his heart here. In order to commemorate Bi Gan, it was renamed Zhaixintai. (Figure 2-Figure 4) The "Monument of the Capital of the Six and Seven Sage Kings of the Shang Dynasty" is quite unique. Because there is historical controversy about Emperor Xin (King Zhou) among the Seven Sages of the Shang Dynasty (Wu Ding, Wu Yi, Emperor Yi, Emperor Xin, Ji Zi, Wei Zi, and Bigan), the uncertain numbers six and seven were used. (Figure 5) There is also a strange Ming Dynasty stone tablet with the words "Never Come Again" and "Nonsense" engraved on it, which is particularly obvious, so it is jokingly called the "Nonsense Tablet". According to the inscription, experts speculate that the "Bullshit Monument" might be the tombstone of Mu, a meritorious official of the Ming Dynasty. After the fall of the Ming Dynasty, the tomb owner lay dormant hoping to make a comeback, but he failed to achieve his wish even after living for 144 years. Therefore, he became pessimistic and disgusted with the world, and wrote such conspicuous words before his death. [Chaoge Ruins Park] The ancient capital of Chaoge is Qi County, Hebi City. Chaoge Ruins Park is also called Zhaixingtai Park. The main attractions include the Star Picking Platform (where Bigan cut off his heart), the Monument to the Former Capital of Six and Seven Sage Kings of the Shang Dynasty, the Sanren Temple (the "Three Ren" refers to Bigan, Jizi and Weizi who were praised by Confucius as "the three sages of the Shang Dynasty"), the Qilin Wall, the Earless Lion, the Nonsense Monument, the Lin Jian Platform (the ancestor of the Lin family in the world), etc. The park square is large and children can run freely. Shihe'an Village is located on the north bank of the Qi River in Qixian County, Hebi City.
