This is Dona Clara Brazilian Delights, located in Pandaan, not too far from the highway, just about an hour from Surabaya. They make authentic Brazilian Pão de Queijo and other food, like steaks, pizza, Coxinha, etc. The place was actually a house, with the first floor used for tables for guests. They had a pretty large area, complete with a basketball field, swimming pool, and enough area for parking lot. Comfy and homey ambience. The Pão de Queijo and other main menus were a bit pricey for me, but it was delicious!
