Had a lovely trip to Whitley Bah last week. The air was as fresh as ever!

#getgoing2025 Whitley Bay, Tyneside This stunning beach front was originally a famous Victorian holiday resort, complete with a traditional funfair and bathing area. Now, it is still a popular holiday destination for locals, who come here to swim in the clean, safe waters. Where to stay near Whitely Bay There aren't too many hotels of note in the town just yet, but there are plenty of great Airbnb options. We like the look of this large upper floor maisonette which is a ten minute walk to the beach.

#LondonAttractions Weetslade Country Park is a nature reserve rich in historical and cultural characteristics. This park used to be a coal mining site, but now it has been transformed into a green park and a leisure resort for local residents. When you enter Weetslade Country Park, the first thing that catches your eye is the lush green vegetation. The park has a rich variety of trees and flowers. Strolling along the winding trail, visitors can admire the towering trees, bright wild flowers, hear the birds singing and the fragrance of flowers, and feel the tranquility and comfort of nature. There are also some rest areas in the park where visitors can take a break, breathe fresh air and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Food is absolutely amazing! Basically had a bit of everything except for extremely HOT spice dishes. Place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and quick with service. Highly recommend this place.
