This was my second trip to Kyushu this year, and I chose the overnight ferry I had longed for. Especially suitable for solo travelers like me. 🎒 The advantages are self-evident. It saves the money of a night hotel and is much more comfortable than an overnight bus. If you have pets, there are two private rooms that can bring pets. The disadvantage may be that the network is inevitably not good enough at sea, but the mobile phone signal disappeared after the ship entered the Pacific Ocean. I couldn’t stand the Internet being disconnected in the middle of the night and fell asleep first. The overnight ferry we took this time was the Miyazaki Cruise. From Monday to Saturday, it departs from Kobe Sannomiya Port at 19:10 and arrives at Miyazaki Port at 8:40 the next morning.
