Awesome Tea Pafei
It is about a 10-minute walk from Daimon or Hamamatsucho.
To be honest, it's easy to fall for matcha desserts in Tokyo. Maybe I have high requirements for matcha desserts. If they are too sweet or not rich enough, they are not ok. This is one of the few shops that I will visit a second or third time. This Pafei is really good.
Components
Matcha tea powder·Raw cream·Matcha ice cream·Genmi crisps & Matcha flavored Genmi crisps·Candied black beans·Candied chestnuts·Caramel walnuts·Candied red bean paste·Shiratama·Matcha sorbet·Matcha cookie crisps·Raspberry jam·Matcha pudding
The overall coordination is very high, and the sweetness is well controlled. It is very suitable for people who love sweet but are afraid of it being too sweet. The crispy aroma of brown rice is extremely prominent, and it goes perfectly with the matcha ice cream. The ingredients that have always been sweet, such as candied black beans, candied chestnuts, caramel walnuts, and candied red bean fillings, are also well controlled in sweetness. The white jade has a soft and chewy texture, and the sorbet is a bit refreshing, which just happens to have the effect of cleansing the taste buds in the middle. The matcha pudding at the bottom is almost sweetless, and it is just right with raspberry jam. The only flaw is the cream on the top, which uses ready-made products from the market, because nowadays many dessert shops also make their own cream, and the taste and flavor will definitely be better than ready-made products.
Overall it's good. Although the location is not very convenient, Matcha Puff is better than many matcha dessert shops.
