#Travelwithme When Akafuku's zenzai turns into ice, I feel like summer is coming. There are several places where you can eat Akafuku ice near Ise Shrine, but here are some recommendations. Okage Yokocho Dangoro Chaya Since COVID ended, Ise has really become more crowded. Akafuku is also really crowded. Dangoro Chaya is a little less crowded, so I recommend it. It's nice to be able to eat soba, rice balls, and beef skewers. Another difference from Akafuku is that there are more varieties of shaved ice than just Akafuku ice. Oharaimachi is a fun place to go for a snack. I've always wanted to visit Ise Shrine. As is custom, I started by visiting the Outer Shrine (Toyouke Daijingu). Toyouke Omikami is the god who provides food for Amaterasu Omikami at the Inner Shrine, and is also revered as the guardian deity of food, clothing, shelter, and industry.
