Isshiki BASE is a stylish cafe located near the Imperial Villa in Hayama. It is a popular restaurant with an attractive menu unique to Shonan, such as tuna cheek steaks, dried mackerel, and whitebait rice bowls that can be eaten all year round. Now, for the summer only, you can eat rice flour cold noodle lunch ^_^ Soft and smooth rice flour noodles made with rice from Tsuyama City, Okayama. Isshiki BASE is a popular place for locals to relax near the Hayama Imperial Villa. It's like a hideaway, and I don't really want to tell anyone about it.
