Grand royal palace at Cambodia Capital
#bucketlistreboot
Royal Palace of Cambodia is located in the center of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The ornate palace complex was constructed in 4 years spanning from 1866 1870 and serves as home to monarchs in Cambodia. The palace boasts exquisite Khmer architecture at its best and inspired by Buddhist Pagoda style that we can find in many structures over Thailand.
When we visited in 2017, it was open for public to visit however it seems to have closed to public since pandemic and still closed until today. There was an entrance fee to be paid and the entrant was required to dress modestly. Must visit when you are in capital of Cambodia.
[Europe][France] A day in Grenoble
The view from the Bastille in Grenoble is spectacular. The cute cable car from the city centre to the Bastille reminds me of Pinball. Time well spent!
Breathtaking Alpine Views Around Grenoble
#favouriteitinerary
Nestled in a valley surrounded by towering peaks, Grenoble offers some of the most stunning alpine panoramas in France. The city is encircled by three majestic mountain ranges—the Vercors, Chartreuse, and Belledonne—each offering breathtaking scenery and incredible viewpoints.
For one of the best panoramic views, take the iconic Grenoble-Bastille cable car up to Fort de la Bastille. From the top, you’ll see the city spread out below, framed by rugged peaks stretching into the distance. On a clear day, you might even catch a glimpse of Mont Blanc.
Just outside the city, the Vercors Massif provides dramatic cliffs and deep gorges, while the Chartreuse region is known for its lush forests and rolling hills. The Belledonne range, with its high-altitude lakes and snow-capped peaks, adds to the region’s spectacular scenery. Whether hiking, driving, or simply admiring the view from the city, the alpine landscape around Grenoble is nothing short of breathtaking.
Exploring the Heart of Grenoble
#favouriteitinerary
Grenoble’s city center blends history, culture, and a lively atmosphere, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Alps. Strolling through its charming streets, you’ll encounter elegant squares, historic buildings, and a mix of traditional and modern architecture.
At the heart of the city is Place Grenette, a bustling square with cafés and fountains, perfect for people-watching. Nearby, the old town’s narrow streets lead to the impressive Grenoble Cathedral and the lively Saint-André Square, home to historic buildings and local markets. Art lovers will appreciate the Grenoble Museum, featuring a renowned collection of classical and contemporary works.
The Isère River adds to the city’s charm, with scenic bridges and riverside walks offering beautiful views. Whether exploring its historic sites, enjoying its vibrant café culture, or admiring the surrounding mountains, Grenoble’s city center offers a mix of relaxation and discovery.
A Beautiful Summer Day in Paris France❤️🔥❤️
#europetrip
Poi is the summer season in Paris, where the sun sets. The days are short and long, and the amusement park in Paris only opens during the summer. The days in summer are particularly long, and the sun sets at 9:30 pm. I want to sit in an air swing at sunset, but it's too sunburned and I can't open my eyes. So we just sat here waiting, comfortable and comfortable, chatting about going to eat pho14 later. The boss already recognized my trick, how could anyone eat the same thing every day. To be honest, I'm a bit scared this time, just in case I throw it away. What my friend is saying next to me, my ears can't even hear it. I'm afraid my phone might fall off and I'll feel dizzy. I have been to Paris four times, but my wish has been fulfilled. She wanted both death and to go to Paris

A gorgeous destination in the mountians

Grenoble is a beautiful city surrounded by mountains. And Bubbles happens to the local name for bubble shaped cable car hehe. Grenoble is a very versatile destination with such a wide range of experiences to embrace either alone, as a couple, as a family or with friends. With miles and miles of cycling paths and the culture of bycycling. Grenoble has been rated as the top green destination in the past.
My time in Grenoble was very well spent. It included a mix of local attractions and day trips to nearby places. Speaking of things to do in Grenoble. Bastille fortress is the easiest pick. It's on a mountain and the most famous tourist attraction in Grenoble. This is where you get to experience the Les Bulles (the cute bubble shaped cable car) that will take you atop the mountain.
Located next to the cable car is Jardin de ville. One of my favourite and most beautiful parks there. It offers a lovely view of both the fortress and the river. Moving on if museums interest you then the dauphine museum is a great stop which is dedicated to the culture, customs, archaeology, and history of the Dauphine region.
Some of my other exploits included the museum of Grenoble, grabbing a bite at the saint Laurent neighbourhood. I never miss out on old towns and I made sure I visited the one in Grenoble too.

Grenoble, a small town in the Alps
At the end of every street is a mountain. Experiencing four seasons in one day, it was raining, with lightning and thunder at 23:00 at night, and it was cool and comfortable.

A relaxing French town in the Alps
Grenoble, a city in southeastern France, is a super casual small city, far away from the hustle and bustle of southern France and Paris. Spending two or three days quietly at the foot of the Alps, looking at the row of French cottages on the other side of the river, is really my favorite place in France! #Grenoble

The Grenoble Christmas market takes place in the centre of town, along Place Victor Hugo, Rue Félix Poulat and Place Grenette, bordered by authentic Haussmann-style buildings. What is this? The menu b
The menu boasts a variety of Thai, Vietnamese and Cambodian dishes. But C, S and I decided to stick to the plot – Traditional Cambodian cuisine. We gave C free reign over the menu (which turned out to be an excellent decision). The following are the delectable dishes we had:The soup was incredibly fragrant. It was beautifully rich in flavour. It was a great start to the meal as it certainly induced appetite. The beef was incredibly tender. Cooked to perfection; it was pink and juicy. The flavours of the salad were incredibly balanced. The crunch from the peanuts and onions brought a lovely textural element to the dish. The sourness from the lime juice, the sweetness of the palm sugar, the savouriness of the fish sauce/soy sauce and the freshness of the basil and coriander leaves came together in an immaculate flavour explosion. And of course, the perfect hint of chilli brought that extra edge to the dish. I would describe this as a Thai beef salad on steroids. Our taste buds were satiated.
Love the h
Love the huge and clean suite room. Only 5 mintues walk to the central market and shopping center. Breakfast was limited and had to constantly ask for refilling of food. Need to improve on having more walk around and serving dishes. Highly recommended to family and couples.
