Handmade cookies, scones, muffins, and other vegan and gluten-free snacks that make the most of the natural flavors of ingredients are lined up. They're simple, but each one is made with care, and the taste is comforting. It was a warm space that harmonized with the quiet atmosphere of the icehouse. Every spring, around 2,000 cherry trees bloom in full glory against the stunning backdrop of Mt. Fuji, creating a breathtakingly picturesque scene. The park’s highest point, Mount Daihoji, offers panoramic views over the Fujikawa Basin — perfect for flower viewing and photography.
