Xing'an Temple is a beautiful Guandi temple in South Cheras Area The temple is not big, but you can visit the large, golden statue of Guan Gong outside and the Five Tiger Generals behind it. The statue of the deity Guan Di is said to be the tallest statue (of Guan Di) in Selangor Guandi, is a Chinese god of war is a natural favourite of soldiers but has been chosen patron of numerous trades and professions. This is because Guan Yu, the mortal who became Guandi after death, is said by tradition to have been a peddler of bean curd early in life. Emperor Huizong of Song, a bumbling ruler but a devoted Taoist, was the first ruler to make Guan Yu a “deity” in the official Taoist canon. The founder of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) later gave him the higher title of “(heavenly) emperor.” Xing’an is definitely beautifully and colourfully litted up at night and worth a visit if you are in the area!! Taking the subway from the northwest of Kuala Lumpur to the southeast of Kuala Lumpur is a long experience. Starting from Damansara Damai Station on Line 12 in the northwest, transfer to Line 9 on the dark green line to Bandar Tun Hussein Onn Station in the southeast. Was quite worth it considering the price, but a lot of stuff was old and yellowish, some even not working or still had the old ibis hotel logo still on it. And I couldn't call the reception, had to walked down to ask for toothbrush (which they did not provide or had any). Location was great as it's close to alot of restaurants. Parking was free too if you park outside. In door parking has charges but not sure how much… but saw previous review it says rm3 per entry…. so would suggest you to park outside for the day as you’ll go out for lunch and dinner, and when you’re back from dinner park inside as it’s safer with guards guarding it..

I opted for the aromatherapy massage at Thai Odyssey, hoping for relief. While the soothing scents and gentle strokes provided a calming experience, I regretted the choice as it didn’t address the deeper muscle pain. Hidden is one of Kuala Lumpur's district is where you'll find Cheras... a very mature residential living area off KL with many many residential homes, apartments, colleges & Univarsities... They even have a light rail transit that zooms All the way to another township call Kajang where you'll find the best Sate & peanut sauce(BBQ meat with peanut spicy flavoured sauce to go with the meat)... I only had these in Sg. Petani when i visited KEDAH Last week passing by another both exciting Cities called Ipoh & Penang. Enough said, let's go back to my main topic i wanna share... it's Cheras where you will find Bandar Mahkota Cheras... a foodie heaven and you'll find almost anything and everything you've dreamt of eating... from Chinese to Indian food cuisine...to Malay, Vietnamese, Japanese,Korean & Indian food... All concentrated in this food heaven i visited two days in a row... From claypot Chicken rice to fried noodles, to hoptpot & even indian curry leaf rice... ALL under the skies of Cheras They even have a BMC Mall with two anchor tenants NSK & Jaya Grocer juxtapose one another... Whats more... after a fine Delicious dinner... you Can scroll along a small garden park with a lovely lake smacked in the center... Though i've lived in #chengdu for quite awhile... this is the place i will always return for the BEST Food Malaysia has to offer... Malaysian melting Pot Food May Never be the MOST famous Food in the world... but Never you'll Find any complains from any travellers coming to Malaysia...
