The 75-million year-old rock jutting majestically out of the mountains earned its name because from the right perspective, it looks like a family of whales. Stunning view from the top. This was among one of the BEST experience of our Northeasten road trip, and is on my top travel list 🧡🧡🧡 Suggest to arrive by late afternoon to catch the gorgeous sunset from the cliff top. There’s nothing quite like watching the sun go down over Thailand from the back of a giant stone whale. 🌅 You can hike Phu Tok in the morning, visit Chet Si waterfall and stop at Phu Singh Forest Park, Three Whale Rock last for the sunset. A full day outing but definitely worth it. Note - The truck ride is 700B per vehicle from the main entrance. Everything is well organised.
