🥘 Food recommendations (missing these is a wasted trip)
Top 5 must-try dishes:

📸 Photo spots
· Ten-mile lotus pond: 1,200 acres of free lotus ponds! July is peak lotus season. Wooden boardwalks by the water let you touch the flowers. Early morning with dew is full of fairy-like charm. The light from 4 to 6 PM is stunning. Climb the watchtower to capture the endless green lotus leaves

⚠️ Pitfall tips
· Visit Ten-mile lotus pond in the morning! The lotus flowers close in the afternoon
· Don’t buy overpriced souvenirs in Weiji ancient village. The intangible cultural heritage workshops’ straw weaving and clay sculptures are more worthwhile
· Fishing Zhang Forest Park and other spots are far away, so self-driving is recommended
· Prepare for sun protection and mosquito repellent in summer!
· Buy the freshest Zhanhua winter jujubes in autumn and winter; in summer, vacuum-packed ones are available
· For local food, choose home-style restaurants. For 50–70 yuan per person, you can try all the classics
