#February travel support event On the way from Sorrento to Positano, Amalfi, and Matera. The scenery is spectacular, but driving is incredibly difficult. My family drove a Sportage Bota, a slightly smaller SUV, and it was so beautiful. The road is one lane each way, and it's winding like Daegwallyeong in Korea, with steep cliffs on the sides. Even veteran drivers are scared. Since coming to Italy, I've come to understand 'why Europe prefers compact cars.' Basically, the roads are too narrow, and most drivers are very violent? However, Positano was so beautiful that I barely managed to get to the observatory and took pictures. I was afraid of how people who drive here during peak season would get around since it was so nice during the off-season. I considered staying in Positano before making the reservation, but it was too expensive, so I organized my route and stayed in Sorrento. Anyway, Positano has a great view, but the accommodations are too expensive, and it’s difficult to eat on our route, so we go to Amalfi. The coastal scenery isn’t as good as Positano, but there’s a small beach and a cathedral worth seeing, so we look around. It’s impressive. I wanted to have lunch here, but the narrow coastal cliff road makes parking difficult, and if you take the wrong road, it’s difficult to make a U-turn. (There was a parking lot in Amalfi. It costs 3 euros for 1 hour in the off-season of January.) After looking around Amalfi and going to eat, I got my car out of the parking lot and on the way back, the parking at the restaurant I had decided on in advance was impossible, so I passed by without eating. Nevertheless, Positano and Amalfi are beautiful enough to visit at least once. I chose the coastal road because I wanted to drive. The reason people choose the coastal road is because they can see beautiful Italian beaches all the way. The spectacular scenery of the Amalfi Coast along the road was much more beautiful than what I had seen in pictures. The deep blue scenery where the sea and the sky seemed to meet continued, so I couldn't take my eyes off it the whole drive. The road is winding, but thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the scenery from various angles, and the exotic atmosphere was added as the small towns of Positano were visible here and there. Since Positano itself is so beautiful, I stopped the car here and there and enjoyed the view of Positano from the coastal cliffs~

It's about an 1.5 hours by bus from Naples and you will take one of the most picturesque trips to get there trough mountains and curves. The natural riviera with several beaches one next to other is a perfect spot to take selfies, swim I crystal clear Mediterranean Sea or eat pizza and enjoy with friends. The best hotels on the island are about 1400 rmb but you can get a room in the more than comfortable Golden Naples hotel in Naples for third of the price. From one side to another it's will take about half an hour to and you will be mesmerized by stunning views, architecture and of course pizza by the beach. Some useful tips before you get there: 1. There are tourist tours from Naples to Amalfi and the round trip is about 40 euros. 2. The ride takes about 2 hours. 3. Fold and drinks are almost the same price as Naples, so the pizza and lemon soda is about 10 euros, cocktails are from 9-11 euros. 4. Umbrella with two chairs are about 40 euros but you can always bring your towels and enjoy on the sides of the beach for free. 5.
