This is a popular ramen restaurant recommended by Daegu locals. You will have to wait, but if you register with the 'Table' app, you can enter much more easily. There is no dedicated parking lot, so we recommend using the nearby 2.28 Park paid parking lot. --- 🍜 Everything about Tsukemen I ordered the basic Tsukemen (mild). The soup is placed on an induction stove and heated up directly, so you can enjoy it warm until the last bite. (Tip: Set to P2 at first, then P1 when eating!) The thick noodles of the homemade noodles have a chewy texture, and the rich anchovy-based broth fills your mouth with savory flavor and depth. If you add chopped onions, the richness is enhanced and the greasiness is reduced, creating a great balance.
