The broth is made from bonito stock, and the ingredients include fried shrimp, fried fish, chikuwa, a soft-boiled egg, and a few vegetables. The noodles have the perfect crunch, making it hard to stop eating until the bowl is empty. We also ordered the fresh squid that day. It's not like the live octopus in Korea, but rather blanched squid. It has a crisp texture and fresh taste. 👍🏻 Founded in 1963, Mama Li's has been around for 60 years. I have been to Tainan so many times, but this was my first time to visit Chihkan Tower. The night view inside is very beautiful and the ticket price is very cheap. It is highly recommended!
