It is perched on a cliff, overlooking the Adriatic Sea, 48 km away from Lecce and, stretching towards the sea, it becomes a marina awarded the Blue Flag Strolling through the picturesque alleys, you can admire the former Cathedral of the 12th century, with the original Romanesque facade and the ruins of a small byzantine church of the 10th century.
