Amr El Kady, the director of the Egyptian Tourism Authority, was present at the event, conveying the latest Egyptian tourism information to the audience.
This year, the international flights between Egypt and China will see a significant enhancement and progress. Currently, there are direct flights to Egypt from several cities in China every week, and the number of Chinese visitors to Egypt has also significantly increased.

Cairo, a voluminous book of ancient Egyptian history | 3-day tour itinerary
Cairo, the ancient capital of Egypt from years past, is currently the largest city in the Arab countries of Africa.
Upon arriving in Cairo, it feels as if you've traveled back to ancient Egypt, having read through a history book of Egypt. The pyramids from the textbooks, the Sphinx, the stacked exhibits in the museums, and the mosques and churches by the roadside all narrate the profound culture of ancient Egypt.
Cairo is the first stop in Egypt and a city you must pass through. It is recommended to spend 3 days.
Day 1:
Morning: Arrive in Cairo, rest at the hotel, Egyptian Museum
Afternoon: Khan El-Khalili market and surroundings (Al-Hussein Mosque, Al-Azhar Mosque)
Evening: Gouri Palace performance, every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, starting at 7 pm
Ease the fatigue, adjust to the time difference, without too much rushing. Have lunch at the hotel, then head out to the museum. It won't be hot indoors. In the evening, go to Khan El-Khalili market. In the evening, you can rest and watch a performance, have dinner, a relaxing day.
Day 2:
Morning: Pyramids
Afternoon: Hanging Church, Coptic Museum
Suggested route for the pyramids:
North Gate - Pyramid of Khufu - Pyramid of Khafre - Menkaure - Panoramic viewpoint - Sphinx - Exit through the East Gate
The pyramids, being entirely in the desert, require attention to sun protection. Head out early. There are KFC and Pizza Hut near the East Gate for lunch and rest. The Coptic Museum is right next to the Hanging Church, not crowded, but well worth a visit!
Day 3:
Morning: Garbage City, Cave Church
Afternoon: City of the Dead, Saladin Citadel, Bab Zuweila for sunset
Evening: Citystars Mall
Garbage City is on the way to the Cave Church, with a rather strong smell, so wear a mask. If you like to take cultural photos, you can get off and walk about 1.5 kilometers to the Cave Church. In the evening, visit Cairo's largest shopping mall for dinner and to pick up some daily necessities for the trip.
Transportation:
Take a taxi, recommended apps: International version of DiDi, Uber
Uber cars are slightly more upscale, and cars in Egypt often have a strong gasoline smell, which can cause motion sickness.
Accommodation:
Recommended near the museum for convenience in travel
We stayed in a guesthouse in the Giza district, a large house, clean and bright
In Egypt, accommodation might be the only aspect where you can pay to upgrade your experience

It takes six and a half hours from Cairo to the Red Sea, and only five things need to be done to make the long journey happy
⛳Tourists in Egypt will go to Hurghada (Red Sea), which is more than 600 kilometers apart. In addition to flying, it takes six and a half hours by bus. The round trip time on the highway is more than 12 hours, and boredom and boredom come with it.
🎈If you do these five things during the ride, even if it's a long journey, you'll be happy!
1⃣️Appreciate the busy figure of the city. We set off at 7:10, which is the peak time for work in Cairo. It's also a scenic line to see Egyptians waiting for and squeezing buses;
2️⃣Eat an Arabic meal. Although the highway was closed for more than an hour due to heavy fog, we still arrived at the zafarana house food square at more than 12 o'clock after passing through desolate hills. The Arabic meal here includes roasted chicken legs, vegetable salad, white egg yolk sauce, spices, rice and big bread. The chicken legs are dipped in sauce, and the big bread is wrapped in vegetables, which tastes fragrant;
3⃣️Drink a cup of freshly ground coffee. In the afternoon, we passed a coffee house. The driver needed to rest for 20 minutes. We had a cup of freshly ground coffee for 25 Egyptian pounds, which was cheap and good, and the taste was strong and slightly bitter;
4⃣️Watch a sunset in the wilderness. The continuous mountains outside the window are undulating and desolate, but the sunset comes as scheduled and jumps on the mountains, with clouds all over the sky;
5⃣️Appreciate the style of the mosque in the sunset. When we arrived in Hurghada, the high towers and domes of the mosque looked particularly good against the sunset.
📷Don't forget to take pictures of the scenery of zafarana house food square on the way back. The strong Arabic style is very beautiful!
