Bundaberg Rum, which Aussies call Bundy, is locally-made dark rum and has been said to be in existence for over a century. Learn about the rum-making process as they give you a tour of the place and get to taste straight from the bar. This tour was truly educational and fun. Fill your noses with rhum aroma as you tour around. You know how the Aussies have contributed much to the world in terms of liquor making. Although you can’t go to see the actual making or manufacturing at the factory, you get to see everything via video presentation on how the factory works. All is explained and you get to taste at the end. The flavors are really great! You should get hold of their iconic Ginger and Root Beers, which are great alternatives to alcoholic drinks. If you plan to visit Queensland, include this on your bucket list!

#wheretogo we had a great time in Bundaberg Rum Distillery, the RUM tour is very informative and interesting to visit . It required additional fees for the blend your own Rum required additional fees but is worth it because this is only time you have chance to do this activity. the tour will be guided by the staff there , they are informative and interesting . you can ask any question they will answer you. everyone hears about Bundy rum . and everyone knows about Bundy ginger beet. when you go to Bundaberg, you must visit this Bundy rum museum. it is well set up for tourists. it free to go in to walk around .you can pay to join the guided tour for actual rum making and tasting sections. a long history behinds this home grown product. only recently it starts to export overseas.
