We went on a family trip and tried some famous foods in Kulai. There's a shop called Man Ting Fang known for Hakka Choy Ban, Lei Cha (Thunder Tea Rice), Hakka Deep Fried Pork Belly, and stuffed Yong Tau Fu. They had many types of Choy Ban, and my favorite was the one with Mang Kuang fillings. The fried pork belly tasted great with a hint of fermented red bean curd flavor. The Yong Tau Fu was okay, but it was cold because it was precooked. The Lei Cha (Thunder Tea Rice) was really delicious and had lots of ingredients. The restaurant was big and breezy, located in a residential area. It felt like we were eating in someone's home because they actually extended their house for the business.
