#australiatrip Finally, I decided my room in Brunswick! Its a so hot and trendy with lots of cafes. Also there is Ona Coffee Melbourne. I’ve always wanted to visit. After rented my room, I went to Ona Coffee Melbourne first. It was huge with lots of staff and few of baristas. There, I met Ming and Victor. They are barista and coffee experts at Ona Coffee Melbourne. They have wonderful Latte art skills and sure specialty coffee skills as well. Also they are so friendly and always smiling:) I’ve already visited a lot and So far, I’ve tried Longblack, Filter coffee, espresso, Latte etc. Honestly almost every cup was perfect and they put great care into the cup. It is so impressed to me! Living in Brunswick, I will keep visiting Ona Coffee Melbourne again again again! #australiaroadtrip Project281 is located at Brunswick and It’s a Roastery Cafe. When I visited Poject281, they had a variety of coffee beans avaliable from houseblend to singleorigin! Also It was not expensive and was very economic. Project281’s inside was so wide and there were a variety of seating tables. Especially the outside seating with heater! Was so impressive for me because now Melbourne is so cold🧊 I ordered a Longblack(everyday longblack…). It seemed like It was extraction with the houseblend. In my opinion the Roasting point was at least above mediun:) It had a nice sweetness and less acidity. Honestly It was not for me. I think just it would be better if there was more bright acidity like yellow color fruit. Aside from that they were very friendly and kind! Thanks to them and I felt very comfortable! #australiaroadtrip I got to know about Code Balck Coffee in Aus. Code Balck Coffee has an almost black interior. It looks like thier Identity! And the atmosphere is very trendy, freedom and cooool. So good! I felt that this cafe is for me:) When I visited they were smiling and looked very happy. I just ordered a LongBlack. The Longblack was quite impressive to me. Almost Longblack are served in one cup. But The Code Balck Coffee Longblack served separatly as espresso and hot water. So I could taste both the espresso and the Longblack. It means everyone can create own favorite cup through Ratio and Enjoy it. I thought this was a good idea and choice for the customer! The Longblack has a good bitterness and less acidity It’s similar to the korea americano even though the korean style is almost ICE🧊 I was happy just looking at Code Balck Coffee the good vibe, interior, coffee, coffee bean package and everything else. #australiatrip This cafe is converiently located near Sydney Rd and Brunswick Station in Brunswick. They are a roastery and when I visited, I saw a really big space with huge roasting machines. From the out side, this cafe looks like a big factory but once you step inside, you get a different vibe. There are various decorations and growing plants. It’s very cozy atmosphere. I had both a Double Espresso and a Latte. Especially the Double Espresso was really nice. I was made with Ethiopia beans and was very easy to drink. Even though the extraction seemed like a many yield, rather than having any negative effects, it actually enhanced the flavor of the coffee. Making it even easier to enjoy. #foodie #food
