Took my beautiful Oleg (nickname) to London for a surprise 11th birthday gift. She is a massive Harry Potter fan. I decided to make her birthday one to remember this year. I booked the Hilton because it was also her first experience in a hotel too. Reading the information about the hotel ticked every box for me. offered fantastic service and unbelievable prices for what you were receiving. Honestly, I can say that the experience and fantastic staff that worked there truly made this trip the best birthday gift Oleg had ever received. From start to finish, every member working in the hotel was the most welcoming and professional people I have ever had the privilege to meet. The services and standards they provided were more than I could have wished for. I'm truly grateful for the wonderful time that my Oleg had. I couldn't have achieved anything near as impressive without the unbelievable members of staff that were dedicated to providing such a memorable experience the whole time of our stay. Thank you, it didn't seem good enough! I would highly recommend this hotel and will 100% be staying there again in the future. UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES MADE!!
