Bielefeld was founded in 1807 as part of the Kingdom of Westphalia. In 1815, after the defeat of France and the Congress of Vienna, it was incorporated into the Kingdom of Prussia. After the opening of the Cologne-Minden railway in 1849, the Boz brothers built the first large-scale mechanized spinning mill in 1851. The Ravensburg spinning mill was built between 1854 and 1857, and the metalworks began operating in the 1860s. I was told #german like buffet very much and it extends to #breakfast. This is a very traditional cafe in a small town of #bielefeld. The buffet breakfast was slightly expensive compared to other places, but it was worth 16.90€. The buffet comes with eggs and orange juice, along with other selections. The latte macchiato is perfect, amazing aroma amazing flavour.

Although it's not very famous, Sparrenburg Castle is about a 20-30 minute walk from Bielefeld Station. It's a symbol of Bielefeld and is located on a hilltop. The view from the old castle was beautiful, overlooking the whole town. As you can see in the photo, there were hardly any people around, so you could take a leisurely stroll. The castle itself seems to have been built in the 13th century.
