This Xi'an cuisine restaurant is popular for its SNS-worthy menu and gorgeous interior. There are several stores in Xi'an, and each store has a different interior theme. This store's theme is the Chinese New Year lantern festival called "Shangyuan Lantern Festival," and the whole store was filled with lanterns! An interesting menu item is the "Mao Bi Su" in pic 2! The crispy pie is shaped like a brush! It's apparently a popular snack in Xi'an online. The inkstone-shaped dish contains blueberry sauce and coffee sauce that look like ink, and it was delicious when dipped into the dish. Several dishes deserve special attention and included Zhua Fan (rice with mutton on a bone), kao baozi (tandur baked dumplings), Xinjiang BBQ, Da Pan Ji (baked chicken on noodles), and fresh naan or nang bread (on a pictures). Soup or boiled or fried noodles with different vegetables and beef makes the possible combination for cooking dish as a huge number of variations. You definitely find your favorite taste. There are hundreds restaurants in Xi'an serving Lanzhou Beef Noodles. All of them are specialized in this cooking style. But I may choose one of them and call the best! The noodles cooked by this family are incredible! The species are also selected by themselves and combined in a secret way to make the taste to blow up the mind. "The Forgotten Realm Taste"... A Wa Shan Zhai Restaurant Location: Xi'an city, Beilin District, Bian Jia Cun and Xi He Hua Yuan Cross-road. We continue to explore authentic taste of Xi'an. This restaurant looks luxury but at the same time positioned as mid level price restaurant. The dishes are typical for Southern Shaanxi which is geographically very close to Xi'an. The restaurant offers varieties of dishes, many if them are served on Tie Ban aka Teban or iron plate which is very hot and keeps dish always warm. This small courtyard in Xi'an is so beautiful that it makes people intoxicated 😳. I stayed there with my boyfriend for three consecutive days during the Mid-Autumn Festival 🫢 🍃Single-family courtyard🍃Near the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps🍃Private hot springs It is worthy of being recommended by Xi'an locals. Location: we have visited that one located in Xi'an City, Beilin District, You Yi Xi Lu 5 F1 Well, we continue to travel and collect Shaanxi flavours to better understand this province in China and particularly, Xi'an City. "The Family Recipe and warming heart taste" De Hai Beef Noodles 德海牛肉面 Location: Shaanxi Province, Xi'an City, Beilin District, Han Guang Lu 48 Beef Noodles is very popular dish in the northwest China, especially in such provinces as Shaanxi, Gansu and Qinghai. We are in Xi'an city. We have tasted dishes in numerius restaurants during our long trip. Today we have visited De Hai and tried their beef noodles. First, according to the cooker testimony, the beef soup cooked for noodles are prepared with one thousand spicy, which nomenclature and proportion are kept as a top secret. Another interesting thing is that you can choose different kind of noodles like mao si by three millimeters thin or che mian which is thick and tough. "We met again" Starbucks. Location: Xi'an city, Da Jie 1 Starbucks, the brand which is so well known that does not require to be introduced. But in Xi'an I found the Starbucks with specific regional flavour if I can say so about style of this cafeteria.
