On a day trip to Bath, I originally wanted to visit the Fashion Museum in the Assembly Rooms. The word "fashion" may be misleading. In fact, the museum exhibits ancient and modern British fashion clothing and accessories. The earliest exhibit is an object from the 1600s. The exhibition hall was originally a social venue for gentlemen and ladies, with a ball room, tea room and card room. In the center is an octagonal atrium hall. It was built in 1771 and was destroyed during World War II. The existing building was restored later. Unfortunately, the Fashion Museum is relocating and the exhibition is suspended. I still wanted to visit the old site and happened to come across a free exhibition called Assemble in the Forest. The theme is about the relationship between man and nature. Walking into the exhibition, it is as if moving nature into an exquisite banquet hall. There is the fun of time and space transformation, different exhibition halls, sensory experience, and graphic descriptions. It is worth a look! On view until 14-July-2023. The world is difficult to understand! I wonder what the Assembly room will be used for in the future? I wonder what the Fashion Museum will look like after the relocation? We were first time here in Bath and we have no idea where to eat. This is a happy accident that we choose this restaurant😍. This is one of the best Italian restaurant I have eaten for quite awhile. The oyster was very fresh. The grilled octopus was also lid. As for the main course, we had mussels risotto and grilled sword fish. Both are super delicious and really fresh. It is really a place that has to be seen. style , taste and the feeling of over 300 years ago everything is present there. Special star reward goes to buns as they are super delicious no matter sweet or savory. I loved the tea presentation with the pot and accessories. Beside the style food was totally delicious.
