I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Kafi was highly attentive and frequently went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled. His friendly hospitality significantly enhanced my visit.

The room is neat and clean, and the view from the room (front-facing) is excellent. The receptionist service is very courteous and professional. The breakfast menu offers a good amount of variety, and the restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating. A minor downside is that for rooms facing the street, Saturday nights can be quite loud due to vehicle/motorbike noise.

Actually, I visited Batam merely for a layover. That’s the reason I selected this hotel since I needed to catch a ferry from Batam Centre Terminal the next day. As for the building’s look, this hotel alongside the neighboring one appears impressive, but Santika seems more refreshing. Upon entering the hotel, the sight of staff clad in suits offered a very sophisticated, business-like ambiance. The uniforms were remarkable, and the staff carried themselves with utmost professionalism. During check-in, two staff members were at the counter, yet I was particularly drawn to Ms. Friza, who had a delightful, understated smile that added to her charm. She was welcoming and engaging in conversation. You should certainly meet her if you visit Santika! All the amenities—the room, gym, swimming pool, and restaurant—were top-notch. Given the room rate alongside the service quality, it’s definitely a good choice. Keep up the excellent work, the staff are doing extraordinary jobs!

We're thrilled with our stay at Panbil Residence Apartment. The staff members are friendly, and there’s a free swimming pool, plus a spa and restaurant at fair prices. Though breakfast is average, the restaurant team is kind and welcoming. There aren’t many nearby places to stroll, so we had to drive for outings and dinner, but they offer a shuttle bus service. I suggest this location for families.
