Today, let's try a new suki restaurant. It's located at Lotus Bangkapi. This branch just opened not long ago. It closes at 2 am, catering to late-night eaters. While waiting for the food we ordered to be served, let's have some snacks first. There are a lot of them: French fries, chicken pops, fried sausages, fried meatballs, steamed dumplings, and steamed buns (with 2 fillings: pork and cream). I recommend the cream-filled steamed buns. They're really delicious. The suki is also well-made. They currently have a spicy pork rib soup. It's super delicious and flavorful. I usually don't like spicy food. Today, I ordered Yakisoba, Tonkatsu pork bento, Tonkatsu pork curry rice, and Gyoza dumplings. The taste is good. For this price, the taste is okay. The atmosphere is not bad. One day, I was craving delicious beef noodles with offal, so I headed straight to this place. The sign clearly states that all dishes are the same price. But wait! Don't go sitting at a table yet. Queue up, tell the owner what you want, then wait to receive your bowl and find a table. The toppings include fresh beef, stewed beef, pork belly, liver, meatballs, spleen, intestines, tripe, and tendon – a huge list of offal! Offal lovers will be thrilled. Since I'd never been here before, I ordered everything! Starting with the broth, it was mildly salty and the aroma of beef was incredibly fragrant. The fresh beef was a bit chewy, but the stewed beef and pork belly were melt-in-your-mouth tender. The meatballs were small, round, and bouncy with minimal starch. And then came the offal. I have to say, the first piece was enough to melt my heart. The spleen and intestines were all surprisingly tender – I didn't expect intestines to be this soft and tender.
