Indoi Lan Stay, Bang Kama.
This place has cool weather at night all year round.
It is about 8 km from the flat ground.
You need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up here, which takes almost 10 minutes.
The road is a red dirt path with ups and downs, making the ride quite bumpy.
But once you reach the top, it's totally worth the bumpy ride. You can see almost all of Bang Kama, and the view is absolutely stunning.
💰Average price per person: 120 Baht
🏖️Environment/Facilities: Tent camping area
De Bear Campsite
🌿Camping Ground🌿 De Bear Campsite
This campsite offers both a resort and private camping area. We chose to set up our tent by the riverside, giving it a bit of a forest vibe. There are swings where you can dip your feet in the water, or you can go fishing or swimming. If that's not your style, you can book a luxurious tent with a soaking tub.
This campsite also offers food services. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast of rice porridge prepared by the owner's brother. There's also an adorable cat mascot that cat lovers will surely adore.
For those who enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

This is the first time I heard the name of the Huai Tha Khoi Reservoir, Ban Kha District, Ratchaburi Province from a female friend. So I decided to invite her to go. Before going, I booked a place to stay called Mahat Thai Thara Homestay in advance. We chose to go on a weekday in the middle of January 67 so that it wouldn't be too crowded. We drove out of Bangkok, took Thonburi-Pak Tho Road, and went all the way. Before arriving, my friends asked to stop by a ceramic factory at Tao Hong Tai Shop, the entrance to Ratchaburi Province. The colors were beautiful and vibrant. We each bought a couple of souvenirs. Then we continued our journey, going straight on Huai Phai Road, the same road to Suan Phueng. We pinned a stop for lunch at Phu Pha Coffee Camp. There were a lot of pine trees for us to take pictures of. It was also next to the reservoir. The view was amazing. After my friend finished eating, she asked to rest on the pine tree hammock while my friend and I ordered coffee to sit and eat and take pictures.
After eating, sipping coffee, and taking pictures of the view, it was time to drive on. Let's stop by the Pong Krathing Hot Spring first, okay? So that we can soak our feet and bodies in the hot water. Who would have thought that we had arrived? There was only a foot bath because the water was low. The private bath was closed. We soaked our feet for a while because the water was low and it wasn't very hot. So we drove up to worship at the hot spring monastery. The church was very beautiful. They used seashells to decorate it beautifully. I was very impressed. We worshiped and asked for lottery numbers. We came back and won again. 55
Then it was time to check in to the accommodation which was not far away. It was right on the side of the road. I have to say that the accommodation was amazing. The weather was nice. There was a cool breeze on my face all the time. I got to talk to the owner, Phi Van. It was so much fun. He told me the story of the origin of this place. It was so enjoyable. The room here is a homestay but with a hotel feel. The price is not expensive. The balcony has a view of the reservoir. There is also a place to sit and relax and eat with the restaurant. There is fresh organic pineapple juice, no additives, delicious and sweet from Phi Van's garden on the other side of the dam. They collected it for us to try. We were so happy.
After chatting, we went to bed to rest. In the morning, we received fresh air and a temperature of 16 degrees by going for a jog in the village, along the Ban Ka reservoir. With the villagers' smart dogs watching us every now and then, haha. Brother Van whispered that the morning air at this reservoir is cool until the middle of March.
After checking out, we went to visit the community at Rai Sam T not far away. They grow vegetables to sell at Or Tor Kor. After we were satisfied with the farm, we stopped for lunch at Krua Maprang restaurant not far away as usual. The food was delicious, especially the fried tilapia with garlic and the spicy fern salad. I must say that the fish were very big. They were raised in the reservoir. Huai Tha Khoi Reservoir is a reservoir where King Rama IX came to do a project to provide villagers with water for farming.
The short trip of 2 days and 1 night ended with a place to stay that is not far from Bangkok. It took about 3 hours to drive there. You can't miss it!

กูชอบเที่ยว by Roongtawan Phu Pha Pa Son, a camping spot with a view of Fuji of the jar city.
🍂 If we talk about camping spots near Bangkok, Ratchaburi Province is another interesting province because its nature is still pristine and people are not too busy. Another place to camp that I would like to recommend is Phu Pha Pa Son, along the Tha Khoi Reservoir, Ban Kha District, Ratchaburi Province. The starting price is only 300 baht/tent.
