Ratskeller (German cuisine) in Augsburg
A cave-like restaurant in the basement of the Old Town Hall. It is located in front of the square in the old town where the Christmas market is held, and you can enjoy traditional German cuisine. Opening the heavy door, you will find a cave-like interior. This restaurant is loved by tourists and locals alike. This time, I ate Schweinebraten and Leberkäse, the ultimate German dish! It was very delicious, and the service was pleasant.

Munich to Augsburg Christmas Market
#snowscape
The morning after it snowed, I took a 40-minute ICE ride from Munich Central Station to Augsburg.
The name Augsburg comes from the fact that the Roman Emperor Augustus established a garrison there, and it is said to be the second oldest city after Trier.
In addition to the square where the Christmas market is held, there are many Christmas trees set up throughout the city, decorated with white, sparkling snow. The main tree was very large, and the decorations were simple and beautiful.
