Albania is an incredible country, so easy to travel to many places by bus! I stayed at Bearded Dad Hostel, the best hostel I have ever stayed at and made so many new friends. Many days trips are organized by the hostels, so keep an eye out of that! Seeing of the eyes, I went to Blue Eye at the mountains of Theth in Skoder, that was a beautiful time. I visited Albania for less than 24 hours and although it was very short and I didn’t get to see or do much, I had a wonderful time. I visited an Italian restaurant with my friends. After which we took a stroll round the city to take in the beautiful sites. The people in Albania were really helpful with giving directions. Also had a kind encounter with a stranger on a public bus who paid for I and my friends bus fare as we had Euros and the fare was supposed to be paid in “lek” the Albanian currency. We had read on google that euros was used in the country but alas we were misinformed. Will definitely be visiting Albania sometime again in the near future ❤️ #travel #albania
