I spent 5 nights at the Hotel Palais Des Roses. The hotel on first impression is spectacular. However my room had no towels and nothing worked! Water was tepid & hardly ran out the tap. The heating didn't work. The tv no sound. The mobile phone charging socket broken! I asked the next morning to be moved & I was upgraded to a room the same but everything did work! The staff polite & friendly except the 2 receptionist who were surly & ignorant! The food was buffet style (I paid half board). Breakfast excellent including freshly made omelette & pancakes. The evening meal boring & lacking taste. I was told on New Years eve I had to pay an extra 400 Dirams to eat! Which I refused to do as I had already paid for half board. I was directed to the Hotel beach bar where I had to wait an hour for a pizza as there was only a couple of staff. Shame this hotel could be amazing!! Oh & the lift broke for 2 days! They did install a new one. Too big & many problems! The best thing was the location it is right next to the marina and alot of shops and restaurants nearby. #agadir #hotel #allinclusive #holiday

Allegro was amazing. It is a modern, spacious and clean hotel. The superior room had everything we needed. The double bed was massive (felt more like a king) and was very comfy. Beside the bed, there are 2 USB ports on either side to charge your devices (incase you didn't bring an adapter) which was great! The shower did not disappoint and the Wi-Fi coverage was great around the whole hotel! No internet lagging or endless searching for signal. The room has a small fridge to keep drinks cold, sliding door to the balcony, three drawers, hangers, a couch, desk and chair, Smart TV which you can screen mirror what you are watching on your phone/iPad. Four mirrors in total in the room which was great when getting ready. One mirror in the bathroom with another magnified mirror (perfect for makeup/doing your skincare) and there was 2 in the bedroom. One was full length (amazing for outfit checks) and another circle mirror hanged from the walls next to the bed facing the balcony. There is quite a lot of options to choose from and there is something different every day for lunch and dinner. With all inclusive, you have unlimited access to lobby and snack bar so honestly it's a win! The whole atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The staff at the restaurant work so hard, constantly keeping the area clean and taking away plates. The security guards were wonderful too, so friendly and welcoming! One thing we were worried about was noise from neighbouring hotels at night but thankfully we didn't experience any loud noises/music so peaceful sleeps for us. Another plus about the hotel, is that it is only 5 or so minutes from the beach. There is a back entrance which cuts about half the time, and you just cross the road to get to the beach front. Allegro have their own designated beach area with chairs reserved for their guests and there's a security guard on standby which facilitates this. McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut are about another 5 minutes down from the Allegro beach chairs and there is an array of other food places along the beach front. Allegro also have an in-house basketball court, Tennis court, theatre which we didn't use but good for anyone else who may be interested, they have regular pool side activities and plenty of chairs around the pool for anyone that wants to get some Vitamin D. #agadir #morocco #hotel #allinclusive #holiday #tourist

Brilliant location for a girls/boys holiday. Lots of great restaurants and bars, reasonable prices and a very chilled atmosphere but also lots of nightclubs for those looking to party until late.

The Spanish Sahara is actually far from Massa National Park, but it is already a desert. The rear wheel of the motorcycle sank into the thick sand, roaring at the highest decibel, and the tail raised a high sand mist. After a while, it drove out in embarrassment. Looking back, the edge of the road seemed to have been gnawed by the wind and sand, with missing teeth. There is no road ahead, only a bright yellow. There is no way, so I have to turn around and find another way! On the way to the national park, the roadsides are almost covered with high greenhouses, where various vegetables and fruits are cultivated. The white greenhouses have turned yellow, stretching to the end of the field of vision. The desert has been transformed into an oasis, and I am amazed (Figure 18)! There is a long river in Massa Park, flowing from the inland to the ocean. Due to the long drought, there is only a wavy beach near the sea, and each depression is piled with white broken shells (Figure 16). Where there is water, there is life. Walking on the soft sand, under the scorching sun, walking hard, listening to the birds singing carefree, it seems so unreal! Is it a mirage? Agadir is not only by the sea, not only with dense and surging waves, but also close to the Great Atlas Mountains. Pick a few mountain roads that tourists rarely visit. Although there are not many green plants, because they grow naturally, the trunks are all twisted and graceful. Pick a tree or trim it slightly, and it is a good large bonsai picture! Chinese aesthetics are not abstract, but realistic in nature. If you walk away from the sea and go deep into the mountains, you will find that the color of the mountains suddenly changes from reddish brown to vermilion. Standing on this mountain, staring at the winding mountain road opposite, they seem to be terrifying scars crawling on it! Is it ugly? Ugly can also be shocking and admirable, this is the power of nature!

Agadir has a large selection of activities to do such as sandboarding, camel riding, surfing, atv riding etc

Before I briefly introduce Agadir, let me introduce Paradise Valley. I always like to enjoy the good things first, and then I can choose whether or not to read the rest. The village we stayed in is located on top of a mountain near the Atlantic Ocean, about a 30-minute drive from Agadir. We chose it to save on accommodation costs (about 20 euros per night, with a mini kitchen) and to avoid the crowded city center (Agadir is a great place to spend the winter in cold Europe). Standing behind the village, you can see the endless brown mountains, with sparse trees growing on them. The branches are covered with long, hard thorns, and if there are leaves, they are densely packed against the branches, like the small curls on a black person's head. The most important principle of the structure is to save water! Riding from the village into the vast mountains, you will reach Paradise Valley after an hour of winding roads. Paradise Valley is not as beautiful as its name suggests, like a paradise, but it is actually an oasis in the barren mountains. The oasis is full of lush coconut trees and reeds, and the river is like a big-headed tadpole with a long tail, with most of the water source concentrated in the head and getting smaller and smaller as it goes back. Although the oasis is not spectacular, it stretches for several kilometers. In the old days, how many people and animals did this oasis save? How much hope did it give them to keep living? In this sense, it is not an exaggeration to call it "Paradise Valley." As for Agadir, it is not very distinctive, quite clean, the city looks quite new, and it is quite close to the sea. It is suitable for tourists who want to relax and enjoy the sun on the beach every day!

January 2025 was a great start to the year

What an adventure! It was such a different part of a world with good and bad however such an experience. The buses with the locals are so worth it. It was super cheap there also and the people were so friendly. I would definitely feel comfortable to go back as a solo traveller to experience it all over again. It’s hard to relax on the beaches but I would recommend to check out the surfing side of it all

Fun packed weekend was had in Agadir. We did the quad biking on the beach. That was so much fun. We visited the cable cars, soul el had, paradise valley. The country is clean and very safe. Would recommend a trip here for longer. Wish we booked a few more day's. We booked the flights with #trip .com. I would use them again for flight, hotels and any travel arrangements. A truly memorable experience! From start to finish, this camel ride and BBQ dinner exceeded all expectations. Our journey began with a pickup in a stylish minibus, where our driver provided a quick and informative tour of Agadir Bay before taking us to the "Camel Airport"—a humorous nickname that added to the charm of the trip. Our guide, Hassan, was fantastic, combining expertise with a great sense of humor, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The photographer, Abdul, was equally impressive, capturing stunning photos that were promptly emailed to us. We also had the option to purchase physical copies at a reasonable €5–€7 per pack of 2–3 photos. The day concluded with a delicious BBQ dinner featuring flavorful couscous, perfectly complemented by Berber tea. The food was scrumptious and provided the perfect ending to an already amazing day. Overall, this is a highly recommended activity for anyone visiting Agadir.
