Hotel Playa Mazatlan

The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.

Malecon de Mazatlan
I made a reservation through their website same day I was staying. When I got there I paid again because they could not find the reservation I made online. They finally found it late morning the next day and took over 2 hours to reimburse me. Staff was amazing and so kind. Ocean view from hotel is amazing too. To check out pool towels you must leave your ID. I got my towels stolen while we were in the pool. They said they would have to review security cameras! So with all that being said call to make sure they have your reservation and don’t get your towels stolen!!!
Best Western Posada Freeman

Malecon de Mazatlan
We choose to stay at the Posada Freeman in the historic center for two reasons, proximity to the historic center and second the view from this hotel is AMAZING. The hotel staff were wonderful. We booked two king bedrooms that had views of the ocean and the historic center. This hotel is walking distance to everything in the historic center and el Centro with great restaurants and boutique shops.

Centro de Mazatlan
They are very good, the truth is, they are very good pillows, I recommend this hotel, the truth is that all of it is accessible, it has free parking, not like others that charge to leave your car for even about 3 hours and that's it.

Olas Altas Inn is an awesome place! Extremely clean, with the highest security standards, and with people like Maria Veronica, Lucero, and Jose Luis that will make your stay a pleasant one. They will treat you like you are part of their family, always looking forward to answer all your questions and also bringing ideas of places to go and things to do! Also Thanks to the guys at the security post at the entrance for their professionalism! Definitely it is an excellent investment to visit Olas Altas Inn!!

Although the price is good , it could improve its quality in cleaning as in the bathroom smells very bad to moisture and Ami touched me the 3rd floor and doesn't rest well for a very annoying noise maybe from the bomb but did not let me sleep, The Wi-Fi does not serve , there is no place to hang your clothes do not put double sofa .
Holiday Inn Express Culiacan
4.5/593 Reviews
The environment is good, breakfast is relatively simple because of the epidemic, the overall feeling is good, and the traffic is convenient to enter and leave. It takes more than two hours to drive from the beach, and it feels very close. There are also steak restaurants, Starbucks, and the overall room is still relatively quiet.

I was there three weeks. Excellent location. SUPER STAFF. Had 9 th floor facing the water. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!! Beach band was a bit much...Mexican polka...but that is not hotel's fault. Breakfast each morning was a super way to start the day. EVERYONE WORKED HARD TO MAKE MY STAY GREAT. The ”refrig in the room was not a refrig...it just looked like one. Staff replaced it, to no avail. TRAVELING WITH INSULIN, a non functional refrig was a concern. Hotel needs to address this!
