The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better.

Fantastic hotel perfectly located - only a few minutes walking distance from Chunxi Road metro station (line 3). I came by chance to this hotel as the previous one I stayed 2 nights was fully booked for the 3rd night. If I knew I would have definitely selected this hotel for the 3 nights. I loved it. Especially the room temperature is amazing = 24 degrees (of course there is AC if you want to cooler). Perfect for a wonderful warm night. It was night and clean too. And the personnel very friendly. I recommend this hotel to whomever want to be centrally located to Chengdu ! There are also lots of shops around (for food etc.) . Amenities are also included. To summarize all was perfect and I will definitely come back to this hotel when I go back in Chengdu !

I got a free room upgrade by a female staff(night) Initially I thought the room would be noisy because it is facing the main road, but it turns out to be ok. My only complaint is that I can still hear some noise when people outside walk past my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

A really nice place at the heart of Chengdu. I reached at midnight and there was no one at the ground floor reception. Luckily a resident walked in and showed me to the office on the 4th floor (I think it's on the 4th - Please get clarification before you leave) The room was neat and clean with a decent view. The staff was helpful too :)

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and and the location was perfect for exploring Chengdu, with lots of great spots within easy reach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too so very nice to spend the evening exploring places. I would say if you’re sensitive to noise then it can get noisy as you’re close to bars that play music etc, the rooms did provider plugs but you might want bring your own. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our stay came with an afternoon tea option but they said we could swap it out for coffee which was great . The amenities were also excellent, everything we needed was available and worked perfectly. Overall, a lovely hotel and a great experience and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

It's pretty good. It's close to the airport and offers shuttle service, which is a plus. Tianfu International Airport shuttle service: The airport shuttle is convenient. Extended 3-day parking after check-out: I didn't drive. Soundproof earplugs: They provided earplugs, which helped a lot, otherwise it would have been a bit noisy. Luckily, I could get them.

The room is very spacious, and the location is excellent, right next to Lushan Mountain, perfect for a hike. There are plenty of food options nearby, and you can also order takeout. I heard the guesthouse offers shared meals, but I didn't participate. The atmosphere was quite nice, with lots of chatting and laughter. There's a pool table on the third floor, but no one to play with me! 😂 Downstairs, there's a very cute blue cat. When I came back from Silver Beach in the afternoon, it was all alone, so I petted it, and it immediately became very friendly. When I sat down, it came closer and rubbed against me. ☺️ It even jumped onto the table and nuzzled my shoulder! 😀

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were very thoughtful during check-in, making sure to accommodate our request for a quieter room. The hotel's central location is incredibly convenient for visiting all the popular nearby attractions – everything is so close! Plus, they even offer free ice cream. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and paid attention to every detail, and I loved that it had both a hand shower and a rainfall showerhead. The floor-to-ceiling windows were a great touch too! Warm water was also provided in the room. All the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Highly recommend Chengdu Tianfu Courtyard Hotel! I stayed here for three consecutive nights, and the transportation was super convenient. You can get almost anywhere by subway within half an hour. Ordering food delivery was also incredibly easy, and I could try most of the popular takeaways in the area. The environment is also excellent, with a large bamboo table for eating takeout and a tea table where you can meditate and practice calligraphy. The facilities here are comprehensive, and the front desk staff are incredibly gentle and friendly. They always communicated with me via WeChat, asking if I had any special requests and reminding me about the weather, advising me to dress warmly and bring an umbrella. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu. Highly recommended!

I came to Chengdu for a trip and looked at several hotels online before deciding to stay here. The room was pretty good and spacious. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to help. The Roselle tea was delicious, and the service was very attentive. They offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The location is superb, right in the city center, within the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li commercial district. There are many great restaurants and attractions nearby. It's very close to People's Park, and being in the city center makes it convenient to go anywhere. You can reach Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street by simply crossing an overpass. I highly recommend staying here.
