"The room is pretty much the same as a standard room in any ordinary hotel, but the view is absolutely top-notch. It faces The Parisian and The Londoner directly, so you can enjoy the Eiffel Tower light show anytime at night. I'd recommend staying around the 20th floor, specifically near room 108. The lobby has a Broadway vibe. Around noon, checking in and leaving luggage both required a bit of a wait. The shopping area here is a bit more down-to-earth compared to the neighboring hotels—no real luxury brands. However, you can easily walk over to The Parisian and The Londoner, it's quite close. The dining options are inferior to other hotels; none of the restaurants are particularly well-known, giving off more of a food court vibe. As for the iconic Golden Reel (figure-8) Ferris wheel, it's a pity it faces the wrong direction and doesn't offer much of a view. If it faced the Cotai Strip like the room did, it would definitely be a hugely popular photo spot. Didn't visit the famous water park, but it looked quite large. The hotel collaborates with Disney, so the vibe is great for families with kids. There are free shuttle buses to the ferry terminal and the airport."

"This time, I brought my parents to Macao for a trip, and I unwaveringly chose to stay at The Venetian Macao once again. The location, transportation, room size, cleanliness, shopping convenience, and especially the service and attitude of the staff always leave me extremely satisfied! A special shout-out to Yuki and Cynthia at the main lobby front desk during this stay! They were both incredibly warm and friendly, and their working skills were top-notch! Since our return flight was booked for 4:45 PM and my parents were quite exhausted after three consecutive days of exploring, eating, and shopping, they wanted to rest a bit longer in the room before heading to the airport. Yuki and Cynthia kindly helped us extend the check-out time to 3:00 PM, which was a huge help to us! Their ability to solve problems for guests and their wonderful attitude are truly commendable. This made our stay even better than the last one, and we will definitely choose to stay at The Venetian Macao again when we visit Macao next year."

"Stayed here during the National Day holiday. Located in the Macau Peninsula, the location is quite convenient with a bus stop right at the door. Getting to Taipa is a bit of a hassle though—couldn't catch a taxi, and the buses were extremely crowded. The price was reasonable and included breakfast, making it a good choice for those who love exploring the Peninsula."

"I specifically chose to travel during the off-peak period on October 6th, but there was still a queue at check-in. With over 20 staff members handling check-ins, it was clear the hotel had an extremely high occupancy rate. The hotel features a magnificent European royal style, exuding luxury and elegance. The gym is huge, easily accommodating dozens of people working out at the same time. I especially loved the swimming pool in the morning—it wasn't crowded, the water was very clean, and the staff were attentive. As soon as guests arrived to swim, they immediately prepared two large towels and a glass of lemonade, bringing them right to the lounge chairs. The brunch buffet is 398 AUD per person, but you can get a 10% discount by signing up for Sands Rewards. The quality of the buffet is top-notch, and I highly recommend it."

The hotel is truly magnificent, from the moment of arrival until check-out. **It all starts with excellent transfer organization.** After clearing customs, just follow the signs to the hotel's complimentary shuttle buses. Everything is intuitive and convenient. The shuttle drops you off right at the hotel, where staff greet you and guide you to the front desk. Check-in is very quick, without any unnecessary waiting or hassle. **The room is simply gorgeous!** It's immediately clear that the hotel is brand new, modern, and built with great attention to detail. The room features a fully integrated smart home system: you can control the lighting, curtains, climate, and other functions from a tablet. Very convenient! Immaculate cleanliness, high-quality furniture, superb finishes, and an ample supply of drinking water. The bathroom deserves special praise: a spacious walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, high-end and premium fixtures, and excellent faucets. I would especially like to mention **the mattresses and pillows**. I am very particular about sleep quality, and everything here was top-notch. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable! **The hotel's architecture and interiors are a work of art in their own right!** I was struck by the scale, beauty, and thoughtfulness of the entire complex. It feels as though a massive team of talented architects and designers worked on the project. Every hallway, walkway, restaurant, café, and lounge area is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is beautifully, logically, and conveniently organized. You can spend hours wandering around the complex and notice something new every time. The casino is very conveniently located, and access to it is exceptionally well-organized. The walkways between the buildings, shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas are designed so brilliantly that getting around the massive complex is an absolute pleasure. **I really enjoyed the pool area too!** It's a wonderful spot to spend the afternoon unwinding. There are zones with different water temperatures—cool, warm, and hot. You can choose whatever feels most comfortable, relax, and truly enjoy yourself. **Breakfast was good, but with one minor note.** Overall, I was satisfied with the quality and variety; however, for a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected a wider selection of fish and seafood. That was just a tiny thing missing from a completely flawless experience. **The staff deserve a special shout-out.** Everyone is extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, always ready to assist, offer advice, and explain things in detail. Check-out is organized just as wonderfully as check-in. There is an option for an express check-out: simply drop off your key cards and head to the airport or wherever you need to go. Super convenient! **Bottom line:** The Londoner Grand is one of those hotels that leaves a lasting impression. You truly feel the high standard of service, comfort, and luxury here. What’s especially impressive is how thoughtfully everything is designed and organized for the guests' convenience. I will gladly return and unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macao!"

Upon learning that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk upgraded us to a Deluxe Garden View Suite and even gave us a chocolate birthday cake as a gift. "We customized the birthday cake provided by the hotel into a DIY Y2K cake~ The hotel environment is quite nice, perfect for celebrating birthdays and taking photos. There are plenty of great views nearby, plus an amazing restaurant just a few steps away 🥰🫶🏻. Overall, it was a fantastic first-time hotel stay experience in Macau!"

"The suite layout is fantastic, and the high bar counter is perfect for in-room dining and working. Part of the room features wooden flooring, which is great for practicing yoga—a huge plus for someone like me who doesn't want to go to the gym for it. The hotel's second floor is directly connected to the light rail station, making it extremely convenient. The only area for improvement is during check-in: I handed both my husband's ID and mine to the front desk agent for registration, but later found out they failed to register my husband. As a result, when he forgot his room card one day and went to the front desk for a replacement, he was told his information wasn't on file and I had to go down to pick him up."

"Check-in: I emailed the hotel in advance to request kids' amenities, a customized teddy bear, a non-smoking room, and a complimentary stroller. The staff carefully noted everything down. The check-in process was super smooth, and a friendly staff member kindly showed us to the luggage storage to pick up the stroller~~ (The free stroller was an absolute lifesaver! I checked out a few other hotels, and it seems only Conrad offers it for free). Room: The facilities definitely feel a bit dated, and there was a very faint damp smell in the room, but it was totally acceptable overall~ Service: Conrad's service is truly top-notch. Housekeeping comes three times a day, and requests are handled super promptly—it takes no more than 5 minutes from making a phone call to having items delivered, which is quite impressive~ Also, luggage was delivered to the room very quickly. The doormen, front desk staff, and housekeeping team all provided exceptional service! It exceeded my expectations. Also, the pool is just gorgeous~~ You get a direct view of Big Ben, and there's a heated pool which is great for kids. They even provide drinks and fruit~~"

"Thanks to Coco and Alax at the front desk. We originally booked a standard king room, but since none were ready for check-in at the moment, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious and very clean, and room service requests were answered promptly. Grand Resort Deck is just across the street, which is super convenient. The hotel breakfast also offered a great variety of choices, though you have to wait in line during peak hours. We had a wonderful two-day stay in Macau!"
