**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!** My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation. Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

This was a such amazing stay! The room was incredible and the staff were more than we would have ever expected.  We felt like princesses! The quality of everything in the room and incredible people that work there all make it such a special stay. Highly recommend.

A refurbished hotel that keeps its nostalgic and preserved past in the present. A unique hotel that continues to maintain its antics which is a welcome experience for modern travellers. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff, especially its Front Desk Manager, Mr Poon, who is very helpful and obliging. Room was a bit small but accomodative, clean, air conditioned is cold, water pressure strong, toiletries well provided. The bed was super comfortable and my sleep was superb. Breakfast was wholesome and you can choose either Chinese with varieties of dimsum serving or Western with vegetables, pork bun, sausages, ham and sunny side up eggs. Location is central at Taipa where you can walk to St Paul's Ruin and the walking street within minutes. Its about 15 minutes walk to Grand Lisboa, the iconic building at Taipa. Will return when I visit Macau again.

I had a very good experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!!!

Well-service, nice location, superb cleanliness! The hotel located next to the main road (5 mins from the airport) and very close to the bus stops which is easy to go around. 5 stops to reach the centre of the city like The Venetian. 24 hours front-desk is convenient for late-night travelers as I arrived around 1 am. Staffs can communicate in english, made it easier to ask for help, they were really nice and helpful! The hotel is new and very clean! You can see it as you came in the first floor. The room is also clean and large. The scenery with a mix of mountain and city view. You can leave your luggages at the informations after checking out, they have a room provided specifically for those which is great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Macau, if you find a reasonable price hotel with superb cleanliness and comfy. This hotel is the choice!

The room and bathroom is hugeeeee, and it is clean. We project my laptop to the TV screen and get to watch a good drama to wrap up our night. Good stay! Not much nice restaurant to choose from , but kids never bother with food, it’s all great.

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Very clean. Room a bit small For its price. Its reasonable. Reception staff is not too efficient. Insufficient hot water carpet need steam cleaning. . Mirror light goes off after 60 seconds. A double room They provide 2 face towels. But only one bath towel and one toothbrush. Strange

The service was excellent, the room was clean, the food was ... average, but not bad. My onlt complaint is this: they said that they have twin sized beds. To me that's about 6 feet (2 meters) from side to side. The beds were long enough, but so narrow that I almost fell off both sides during the night. They are literally the width of a sleeping bag. Also, the room was a bit small and the shower too. Overall, not too bad. But I'd need a proper sized bed before I go again next time. There's no way this was a 4 star hotel - maybe 3.
