The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a good rest after a busy day. The desk was spacious and the internet was stable, which was convenient for handling temporary work. The location is convenient for getting around and dining. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, it's a quiet and reliable place with great value for money, making it my top choice for business trips. I'll choose Regala Skycity Hotel by Regal Hotels again next time I'm in town and recommend it to friends traveling for business."

"Located right next to the subway, the location is excellent, with convenient access to the subway, ferry, and Harbour City. There are plenty of restaurants and shops downstairs, and the room also has a shared area. The toiletries were okay. There weren't many people there on my check-in day, so showering and using the toilet were very convenient. The air conditioning was also very effective. Good value for money."

Firstly, the location is impeccable, a true blessing for anyone needing to catch an early flight or transfer. It's seamlessly connected to the airport, so even with luggage, it's absolutely no hassle. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a high-quality sleep during my busy business trip. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is elegant and grand. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. In summary, the environment is great, perfect for those catching a flight from Hong Kong Airport the next day. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!"

"The rooms are all great and spacious, offering excellent value for money. However, there was an issue with the front desk staff. Although check-in time is officially after 2 PM, I asked multiple times if I could check in earlier since there might be rooms available from guests who had checked out. The staff member didn't even look at me and insisted that check-in was strictly after 2 PM, claiming no rooms were available. Yet, I sat in the lobby for about 4 hours and saw several people checking out and checking in. I don't understand why I specifically couldn't check in. I wish I had gotten that staff member's ID number to avoid unfairly blaming other front desk employees."

"Staying during the National Day holiday, the hotel prices were doubled. The room decor was a bit too minimalist, which was a minus. At 42 square meters, it didn't feel that spacious. Compared to other Marriott or Shangri-La hotels of similar size (around 40 sqm), it felt a bit cramped. The mini-bar was complimentary on the first day, offering juice and beer, but there was no plain drinking water. The most unacceptable part was the poor soundproofing. Next door was a family of three, with a school-aged boy. Their boisterous laughter and chatter could be heard frequently, both in the evening and in the afternoon. One night, the noise continued until almost 11 PM, disturbing our rest. Furthermore, in the early mornings, intermittent banging sounds would emanate from the room. It wasn't piercing, but quite loud, as if someone was cleaning discreetly right next to you, yet still making banging noises. The hotel had notified guests about recent curtain wall cleaning. Could the sounds be from the operating platform or ropes hitting the glass? I didn't notice anything from outside during the day. Finally, let's talk about the good points. The unbeatable sea view. The bathroom was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff were all very polite. However, I will not be staying here again. While I might not encounter noisy neighbors again, poor soundproofing is a major drawback, and quiet is very important to me."

The window couldn't be opened but it was large and offered a partial sea view. My husband and I were very satisfied ☺️. The hotel included bread and unlimited coffee, which is excellent in Hong Kong and saved us money on breakfast. Highly recommend! It's not far from the MTR station, just a few minutes' walk, and there's a tram stop right downstairs – the experience was fantastic! Oh, and the front desk staff could communicate entirely in Mandarin, which was great! We arrived early and were able to check in ahead of time 😏. You need to bring your own power adapter – don't forget that! The Wi-Fi speed was very fast! Selected breakfast and all-day coffee and tea at iLounge: The room was clean. Special thanks to the male receptionist who checked us in; he was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and was highly professional. The breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious. Having experienced club lounges at various hotels before, the Grand Club here truly made a lasting impression! - Warm & Attentive Check-in at the Grand Club (Special Thanks to Kylie) Upon our arrival at the Grand Club, Kylie welcomed us with a radiant smile and exceptional politeness. Her check-in process was flawless and professional - a 100/100 service! Knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion, Kylie thoughtfully upgraded our room and arranged a lovely mini cake and red wine. The room was bright and offered a gorgeous balance of half city view and half harbour view, making us feel utterly relaxed. - Afternoon Tea & Evening Cocktail (High Praise for Joey’s Professionalism) The Afternoon Tea served light bites including sandwiches, fruit, macarons, canelés, scones, and puffs etc. Although the selection was slightly more concise than expected, the quality and taste were delightful. During the Evening Cocktail section at around 6:00 PM, the Grand Club was packed. While we were in line waiting, a guest became quite loud and unreasonable, complaining about not being registered or offered a drink. Joey handled the situation with unbelievable composure and grace. Despite the guest’s rudeness, Joey remained exceptionally polite and professional throughout. Immediately after resolving the issue, she walked over to arrange our welcome drinks and even took the time to introduce the name and origin of the white wine I wanted to try. Her attentiveness and crisis handling were deeply impressive! - Gym Facilities & Grand Café Breakfast We also visited the open-concept 24-hour gym in the evening, it was well-equipped with a great variety of machines. Breakfast at the Grand Café offered a broad and fresh selection of food. If we had to share two tiny pieces of feedback: we were a bit sad to find no hash browns (a breakfast favorite!), and some of the pastries were quite large - making them a little smaller would allow guests to sample a wider variety. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip. Huge thanks to Kylie, Joey, and the Grand Club team for their heart-warming hospitality. We will definitely be back!"

"After comparing several hotels on Trip.com, I finally chose the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers, and I'm very satisfied! Its location is the biggest advantage. It's within walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, and the Star Ferry Pier (10 minutes). Taking the ferry across the harbor allows you to easily follow Shu Qi's leisurely route, visiting Luk Yu Tea House, Pottinger Street, and the Mid-Levels Escalator, making round trips between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon very convenient. The hotel rooms have been renovated, and they are clean and practical. I chose a sea-view room this time (HKD 2200 per night), which directly overlooks Victoria Harbour. I enjoyed the sunset and the dazzling lights of Hong Kong Island at night. While Hong Kong hotel rooms are generally not large, the bedding was comfortable, and the space was well-designed. The rooftop outdoor pool, gym, and Executive Lounge all offer outstanding views, creating a great ambiance for enjoying the night scenery. ✅ Pros 1. **Excellent Location**: Right in the heart of Nathan Road, directly accessible by the A21 airport bus. MTR, Star Ferry, Harbour City, and K11 are all within walking distance, making travel very efficient. 2. **Stunning Victoria Harbour Views**: The rooms, lounge, and rooftop pool are all perfect for enjoying and photographing the sea views. 3. **Attentive Service**: Prompt responses for luggage storage and inquiries, well-suited for city exploration. 4. **Close to Local Eateries**: Conveniently located near popular spots like Wah Sao, Flower Moon, Kowloon, Fu Wah, Lin Heung Tea House, and Tai Hing, offering plenty of breakfast options. ⚠️ Cons 1. **High Breakfast Price**: The à la carte breakfast is HKD 380, and a package deal is HKD 230. I didn't try it this time. The Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers is ideal for travelers who want to explore Hong Kong at a leisurely pace, visit old streets and tea houses, and easily travel between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. If you don't prioritize large room spaces but value location and night views, it's a solid five-star choice in Tsim Sha Tsui. It also offers a clear price advantage compared to nearby hotels like The Regent and The Peninsula. I will definitely visit again!"

The room was well-equipped, and while the space was a typical size for Hong Kong, the storage and layout were well-designed, making it convenient to use.
