I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was clean, calm, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience relaxing. The rooms were well-maintained and hygienic, and all facilities were in excellent condition.
What impressed me most was the behavior of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed.
Overall, everything—from the environment to the service—was excellent. I am fully satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Came here for a gaming hotel for my trip, and it was excellent! The equipment is very comfortable, perfect for gaming, and the room is also quite spacious. It's very convenient for going out. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I chose the Radisson Hotel for my stay in Beijing, and it did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded my expectations!! The location is excellent -- just a few kilometers from Daxing Airport. Despite being close to the airport, the rooms are very well soundproofed, so there’s no need to worry about noise. I slept soundly through the night until morning.
I'd like to commend the front desk staff member whose name was Summer. He was warm and attentive throughout my stay. During check-in, he proactively introduced the hotel’s facilities, and very patient and nice to us. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of options that were both nutritious and delicious.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended. The gym is well equipped, and there are also self-service laundry & drying machines available, which is a big plus to my stay! Absolutely will choose Radisson Daxing again for my future stays in Beijing, certainly a no-brainer decision that I'd make.

We had a great stay at The Yard Hotel Beijing Tian’anmen Square. The staff were extremely friendly warm and always helpful which made our experience very comfortable.
One of the best parts of our stay was the painting activity arranged by the hotel. We got to try a beautiful dab painting experience right in front of Qianmen Street which made it even more special and memorable.
The location is excellent with easy access to Qianmen Street making sightseeing shopping and exploring the area very convenient.
Overall an amazing stay with great hospitality comfort and experiences. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Rarely leave reviews here but the service here was insane! I booked at 9 PM and by 9:10 I was on call with them to arrange airport pickup.
When I arrived, they took all my luggage, checked me in and also gave me a free room upgrade since I wasn’t staying for too long. The room itself was wonderful and very clean and all the amenities were considerate (they also give h a little fruit/yogurt tray).
I just made it in time for their late night snack, which was noodles and wontons— perfect after taking a warm shower.
Overall, given that I was just solo travelling and having a longer layover here in Beijing, I had a great stay. My og plan was sleeping at the airport but I am so grateful I decided to book this last minute. Staff were so respectful and also gently reminded me of my flight 30 minutes before the airport drop off. Overall 10/10
My last visit here must have been 30 years ago, what a childhood memory! This established five-star hotel has a charm that new hotels just can't replicate. The Christmas atmosphere was incredibly rich!
Kella (I hope I spelled that right) contacted me the day before to confirm my check-in details and upgraded my room. The upgraded room type seems to be newly renovated; although it's not huge, it's very new, completely odorless, and extremely clean. The room size isn't large, but the design cleverly uses mirrors to create a visual extension, making the entire space feel very open. The floor was incredibly quiet; no one was shouting or running around in the hallways in the morning or evening, so I slept really well. The included breakfast buffet had a rich variety of options, and the best part is it ran until 11 AM – that's fantastic and so considerate!
Kempinski's Black Forest cake is still consistently delicious.
Overall, it was a wonderful memory.

The hotel's location is impeccable, just a 15-minute walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The imperial city view from the 8th-floor terrace is absolutely stunning. High-quality touches like the Dyson hairdryer and Portico toiletries in the room truly showcase its caliber. However, Stella's thoughtful service was the highlight of this stay. With her professional demeanor and meticulous care, she truly embodies what 'E扉' (Yifei) means as a safe haven for rest. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing, and I particularly want to commend Stella for her excellent service!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is suitable for travelers with early or late flights. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle service, but advance booking is required.
However, there is a major issue that significantly affected the stay. The bathroom has a glass door, which offers very little privacy, and there was a strong and persistent odor coming from the toilet and sink drains. Even with the bathroom door closed, the smell was noticeable and unpleasant.
Due to this issue, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, unless it is for a very short overnight stay and the odor problem does not bother you.

Excellent service, family room (comprised of 2 rooms side by side) is very clean and functional, location is near Beijing station within walking distance. My family wants to come stay in this hotel again when we return to Beijing.
Free self laundry services where the staff helped to dry our clothes and pack into bags. Late night supper of fried rice and porridge. Peking duck at the hotel restaurant is extremely delicious. Picture below shows half a duck as the chef was still cutting the other half. Would like to specially thank Alan who helped us to reserve the Peking duck for 2 nights and stayed back after his working hours on the second night to heat up wraps for us. We ordered the duck through WeChat to the restaurant and he helped us with the orders. As it was my child birthday on the first night, special thanks to the chef who also prepared a bowl of noodles with egg for her. Really appreciate the excellent service!
Our rooms are on second floors and staff helped us to carry lugguage to and from the rooms.
Excellent service! My family rates the hotel 10 out of 10!

A thoughtful and convenient transit hotel.
Staying at the Qiu Guo Hotel Beijing New China International Exhibition Center Capital Airport branch was an absolutely fantastic experience! The room features a German Lonsberg mattress paired with various pillow options, ensuring excellent sleep. The lighting and curtains are fully smart-controlled, and there are plenty of outlets for working and charging. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and even a foot bath stone with settings for both adults and children—the attention to detail is truly impressive.
The public facilities also perfectly met my needs. The 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle is incredibly convenient. The self-service laundry room and robot delivery service are efficient and hygienic. Plus, there's a warm congee and vitamin drinks available late at night. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel as it's very well located between the two airports and very well deserved by the tube in a very nice neighbourhood where you can truly see the everyday life of lovely Chinese people. Following the initial booking for a very nice room, there was an issue and tye management were so professional that they upgraded me for free to the executive suits which was absolutely stunning and beautiful and outstanding views of the whole city at the top floor. The room was spacious, and bathrooms were breathtaking. The management were very nice to me every time and even though they didn't speak English they were always trying to help. The hotel is located around many shops, restaurants and two Hugh malls located around changyiang metro which is direct to forbidden city and tianmen Square. I must admit that I stayed in the last few days but I ended up staying over 5 days because all the rooms are very large, with beautiful views and the breakfast is also very good. The overall impression is that Chinese management is always trying to help you. So, like me, if you are from Europe, do not book a Western brand and be courageous to book a Chinese hotel and experience their kindness and good hearth. I will give top grading to this hotel and will recommend it highly to all my European tourists.

2205795****The Grand Millennium Beijing has an excellent location with convenient transportation, and my stay was very satisfying. The lobby is elegant, and check-in was efficient and quick. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and bright, with soft bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The service staff were warm and professional, responding quickly to requests, which made me feel well taken care of. Breakfast was rich and varied, offering a comprehensive mix of Chinese and Western options, all of high quality. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel.

GGuest UserGreat location and excellent services from staff, but…don’t stay in the hallway rooms with no windows in winter. We made the mistake of selecting a hallway room and the aircond only provided warm air and there’s no air circulation. We turned on the aircond as it was getting stuffy, but it got hotter and hotter, from a stuffy but warm 24 upon check-in to a stifling hot 27 degrees that made sleep impossible. Other guests down the hall told me their rooms reached 29 degrees, but the reception couldn’t do anything as it was all centrally controlled. They suggested leaving the bathroom doors open as it had a little exhaust fan to give slight relief. Usually hotels provided a fan or air purifier to address these issues, but this hotel didn’t. No air is not ok for a hotel of this quality.

Ccicely19863****This hotel definitely deserves a good review. Before checking in, they called me to confirm my arrival, concerned I might have trouble finding the place as it's located in an alley. After a smooth check-in, I noticed a slight smoky smell. Considering I was traveling with two children (one adult, one child), they immediately upgraded me to a family room, which was significantly larger, very clean, and quiet. The next day, before checking out, I asked for directions to some attractions, and the front desk staff patiently and thoroughly explained everything. They also helped me store my luggage, and after I picked it up, they even helped me pinpoint the exact location for the train station. Such thoughtful service really enhanced my travel experience.

XXiangyaofujidezhongniandashuThe room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.
GGuest UserOur experience at Grand Concordia hotel in Beijing was fantastic! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect for exploring all the major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly special. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Beijing!
KKanbeierzhangfeiI was very satisfied with my stay at Citigo Hotel Sanyuanqiao. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and professional. The room design is modern and minimalist, the bedding comfortable and clean, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet resting environment. The breakfast offers a rich variety of fresh ingredients, providing a great start to the day. The hotel's smart facilities are particularly noteworthy, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

GGuest UserI had the best experience in terms of staff going above and beyond. My girlfriend didn't bring her laptop charger thinking we can buy a powerbank in Miniso with the capable power but it turned out they only sell powerbank for cp. The staff suggested to download ******* app and we can order a powerbank with higher wattage and be delivered within an hour and since we didnt have a Chinese phone number, he typed in his number and we were able to order the powerbank. We were also able to order food using his number haha. He also gave us tip when riding didi, so we didn't have a hard time booking one. In terms of facilities, I didn't like the bed because it's too firm for me, they didn't have a hair blower, can't enjoy the tv as it's all in Chinese. Daily cleaning of room is a plus and replishment of bottled water and slippers. In terms of location, it's near Dongsi station but there's no convenience store around the area. Overall, it's still a good experience.
