Very clean hotel adjacent to a shopping mall with eateries at level 7. We booked a family room and overwhelmed with a room with good size, clean and comfortable beds. The shower, toilet and towels are very clean, the service staffs are helpful, responsive and polite. They even provide an extra bed for free on our request, this made our sleep more comfortable. Even after added an extra bed, the room is still very spacious. The lighting of the room is good and bright. The smart control panel is very cute and interesting, just chat with it by calling 小度小度。However, here are some of the negative points: The toilet/shower and wash basin are not fully covered, this cause no privacy even within family members. There is no door like other wash rooms, changing clothes need to hide inside the shower cabin. The open concept of wash basin is a big set back. It is so noisy and disturbing when someone is using the it (hand washing, brush teeth and whatever cleaning activities). The rubber hose of the hand shower is so rigid and uncomfortable to use, a wrong material. The room air con temperature cannot be adjusted. Outside temp was 8-10C at night, room temp was remained at 25 despite of setting it down much lower and the mode was at ”制冷or 送风“. Mid night felt so warm that forced to open the window to cool down the room, and it became very cold after that, imagine waking up few times to adjust the window and air con setting !!

Just got back from a few days at this hotel in Beijing, and it was awesome! The room was comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is super convenient, right near Wangfujing, which is a fun shopping area. Plus, it’s just one metro stop from the Forbidden City, making it easy to check out the sights. I have to give a shoutout to Jeff, the concierge. He was super friendly and really helpful. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our stay great. I’d give him a five-star rating for sure! Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Beijing!

The room was beautiful and have everything we needed, the interior design was very soothing and nice as well! The location was perfect as it is located in wangfujin and near the train station, with lots of shop nearby. The staffs service was wonderful, and helped us a lot in terms of checking in earlier as we arrived early, and also helped us checked out later as I had twisted my ankle and it was hard for me to walk well. They also helped us with using ******* to order things, which they were very nice as it is quite troublesome for them. I booked another stay as this stay was truly wonderful in terms of service and stay. Thank you to all the great staffs for making it a great stay!

stay at CitiGo Sanyuanquia  was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff! A special shoutout to Dandan 🌹, whose enthusiasm and dedication truly stood out. Despite arriving early, she graciously checked room availability and ensured an early check-in. She kindly upsold breakfast with genuine warmth, enhancing our stay. Her politeness and willingness to go above and beyond—providing helpful local tips—made us feel valued. The entire team radiates hospitality, creating a welcoming, seamless experience. The hotel provides complimentary laundry room, fitness, minibar and especially dim sum at night between 10-11 pm. The room is spotless clean, anyhow, a little small but comfortable, location is very close to Sanyuanqiao metro station which easy to commute to the city. There are shopping center, minimarts and restaurants around. Housekeeping maid also did a guest job keeping the room in good condition and very clean. Only downsides are the hotel location on DiDi was not accurate as I booked DiDi twice in hotel lobby but both drivers drove to Phoenix office building which is beside the hotel but receptionist kindly helped me out to speak to driver and concierge need a little  more active as we asked questions of traveling method he always guided us to receptionist whose busy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking thoughtful service and comfort!

The hotel about 300m from the Dajiaoting subway. ID mall is situated opposite the hotel. From Dajiaoting you can catch the train one stop to Jiulongshan for Hobson One which is great shopping area. The staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast buffet is good breakfast deal to take one.

The hotel is really near to Wangfujing metro (approximately 3 mins walk from E3 exit) which is super convenient for us especially when we have many luggages. Secondly, the hotel rooms are really spacious and is enough for us to put 4 big luggages. Lastly, to us, it's worth the price paid given that there are so many good points about the hotel. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers, free mineral water (you can get more if it's not enough!) and some of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful too (sadly not all :( ). Also thankful that the hotel allow us to check out an hour later! Will definitely stay again in the future if i visit Beijing and will recommend this hotel to friends and family too!

Saw good reviews except for water pressure issues. The water pressure was bearable. Attracted by the location of the hotel and it being new Love the service, the environment, and all. Washer and dryer for guests in B1, bring own laundry capsules or detergent. Love the robot service, too. I had taobao orders sent to the hotel before my arrival, too. They kept it safe for me.

The hotel is nice, but the room is very very small for the price we paid. It smells cigarette in the room time to time and the sewers smell in the bathroom. We were not in the main building because we booked a tatami room, so they will ask you to go in another building next to the main one. It’s nice but very small rooms. Otherwise we had a nice journey there.

This was my first time staying at the Hyatt Beijing, as I usually stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Overall, it was a positive experience. While the service isn’t as refined as the Mandarin, you get what you pay for, right? That said, the reception staff and concierge were extremely helpful. I would stay at this hotel again for its convenience—it's close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and within a reasonable journey to the Great Wall of China. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a shopping mall below, an impressive pool oasis that’s perfect for children, and a well-equipped gym. To top it off, the hotel restaurant serves an excellent Beijing duck.

JJulia CLWe got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse. During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly. The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

DDr. Julio BernalWe love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

WWarren de MoorI recently had the pleasure of staying at Yiting Zhenshe Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Pedestrian Street), and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenient access to restuarants, stores and 230meter walk from Zhushikou metro station, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The premises are beautifully maintained, with elegant decor of Old Shanghai style reminiscing the 1930s that creates an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. My room was a bit small but comfortable. It was clean with modern amenities such as kettle and bar fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The service at Yiting Zhenshe Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Pedestrian Street) was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always attentive and willing to assist with any request. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience. Overall, my experience at Yiting Zhenshe Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Pedestrian Street) exceeded all expectations. The combination of lovely accommodation, outstanding service, and prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend and look forward to returning on my next visit.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed our stay at 前门漫心. They were very attentative and thoughtful right when we arrived at the hotel. Hot pear soup were served to warm us up while they settled our check in. The front desk noticed that it is my girl's birthday the next day and asked if we would like to have a surprise for her. We were expecting a small piece of cake, but they surprised us with a whole room filled with the balloons and decorations. This is definitely a fond memory for my girl. The staff helped to order takeaways for my sick child ( one even offered to cook for her) and helped booked our 相声tickets too. Appreciate all their kind gestures. Special call out to 李伊,郭海強, 張鵬飛

VvictorngwlThe amenities are fantastic, with a washing machine in the apartment itself, quite useful for long travels. There is also a very well equipped gym and a large swimming pool. The apartment is furnished luxuriously and there is also a kitchen. There are many restaurants and eateries just adjacent to the hotel, along with supermarkets. The nearest metro station is however about 5 to 8 minutes walk away. The staff here are all helpful and polite. Special thanks to Cherry, who made my check-in process pleasant and is very helpful. Also many thanks to the cleaner Miao Hongyan who is meticulous and thoughtful when attending to our needs. Will definitely stay there again!

AaimeeeasyrafffffWe are 2 friends and both are new to Beijing and let alone China. We are first time here. For me the room is great enough, light was all working fine. The toothbrush and soap provided but need to get from reception. I was using iPhone so I cannot use the WiFi as it only works with Android due to firewall. Location wise I think it is easy to find even with Google Map. For those using Metro, Dongsi Station Exit G is the nearest one, while Exit D is the second nearest. Two main metro line to Dongsi Station is Metro Line 5 & 6. But we normally use line 6 because it is nearest to Exit G. The area is close to Forbidden Palace, you can get there with one change of metro service. When I went to Forbidden Palace, I did go there using Metro then walk back as it is only around 1.6km walking after the Exit at Forbidden Palace and took about 20 minutes walking. I did use Baidu map to walk to the hotel from Forbidden Palace and you will take short cuts which will end up at the back of Renaissance Hotel. Tips : mark the hotel in Baidu map so you can easily get the map working especially if cannot speak Chinese like me. On Dongsi West St there is National Art Museum and it is free. I did went there alone after checkout, there are 6 floors of exhibits there. Walk to Wangfujing shopping st would take you around 15 minutes. The famous Prime Hotel Beijing is like 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Not much to do at night as shops literally close early at around 8PM to 9PM except for McDonald’s which close at 11PM like 5 minutes walk from hotel. There is a mosque near hotel if you are Muslim like me but the mosque is a bit run down and closes its door and you need to ask the caretaker to open the door if you want to pray. Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel which I think is very basic and fits our budget. I wish there is a cupboard inside the room for us to hang out clothes and fridge. The toilet however is spacious and hot water can only be used for 20 minutes then we need to wait again for 30 minutes for it to replenish which is a problem if there are a lot of people to take shower at same time. Improvement for hotel : 1 Put small cupboard in room for guest to hang clothes. 2 Change the curtain as it is very old and looks like not wash for long time. 3 Better if room has small fridge for guest to store food. Getting there : Metro from took like 50 minutes with 3 changes in metro line. For me it is very easy, and cheap cost like 40RMB in Alipay. Overall the surrounding maybe take 2 days for you to be familiar with but I think it is good enough as there are McDonalds, Luckin coffee and also bakery near the hotel like 5 minutes walk. Small convenience store is there in the back alley but close like at 8PM. Reason I chose this hotel : 1 Your taxi can get there straight in front of hotel as it is not in Forbidden Palace area where some place taxi cannot get in and you need to carry your bag through busy street 2 Easy access as you walk 10 minutes from Dongsi Station Exit G/D to get to hotel 3 Near Dongsi mosque if you want to pray if you’re muslim 4 Very quiet area as a bit far from Forbidden Palace area or Wangfujing 5 Lots of shops to eat and cafe on Dongsi N st or Meishuguan E st near the Prime Beijing Hotel 6 A few halal muslim restaurant for you to eat if you are picky eater and not familiar with convenience store food 7 When go out of hotel turn left at end of the Dadoufu Ln there is small convenience you can buy food but close early around 8PM.

TTinaMFantastic location if you're about to catch a train via the Beijing West Railway Station. The hotel is just across the station, one can walk through the parking lot and arrive in 2 minutes. If you're arriving via taxi for the first time, it might be a bit confusing when you arrive, as station staff sometimes close off the parking area so vehicles cannot go inside from the main road - just look for the hotel's name though (it's in English and Chinese, both) and you're set. The hotel's reception area is quite small, more than 1-3 people can't really sit in the lobby if waiting for someone/taxi etc. The room I stayed in was large and I was so pleasantly surprised to see how well equipped it was - there was an air purifier, humidifier, water heater etc. The bed was also very, very comfortable. There was hot water 24/7 and the bathroom was clean, though there was a lot of lint accumulated in the hair dryer and it didn't heat properly (this wasn't a huge issue for me so I didn't request for a replacement). There is an absolutely gorgeous teaset in the room too, and brewing my morning tea was such a delight. The ac can both cool and warm the room, which I thought was great. The housekeeping staff were absolutely lovely. Initially they were baffled when I said I don't need fresh towels and slippers everyday and kept insisting on giving me more water bottles haha, they were so kind and warm. Thank you to them for putting a smile on my face everytime I walked by. The reception staff however were notably less warm, although they did try to help me whenever I asked for aid with directions, breakfast timings etc. If you're a foreigner and don't speak any Chinese, you're probably considering staying here because it's a Radisson property and therefore one assumes that reception staff will speak English - my advice is, if this is your first time in China / you haven't yet figured out how to use translation apps, reconsider staying here, as none of the reception staff can speak English and it may be difficult for foreign guests. If you know a little basic Chinese though or can use translation apps, I do recommend staying here, mainly for the location. If you're worried about the Beijing West railway station being a bit unsafe (which it can be), there is always a security guard posted inside the hotel premises. He was kind and it was always reassuring to see him, even when I stepped out at 3 am for some convenience store noodles! I will say though that the reception staff were oddly cold at times -- for example, I had unfortunately missed my early morning train due to a communication issue. I explained this to the ladies at reception, apologising for any inconvenience and asking if I could please leave my luggage with them for a few hours after I check out at 2:00 pm. They responded saying ”you can leave your luggage here but you cannot stay overnight” - it was presented to me as if I was begging/asking for favours. There was no question of my staying overnight as I had explained that I would check out before their checkout time, and would take the next train out of Beijing. Little things like this do spoil an otherwise pleasant experience. I did not try the breakfast buffet so can't comment on that. I will say though that ordering takeaway was always a treat, because a cute robot comes to deliver the parcel at your door. This is normal in Chinese hotels, but this particular bot was very cute :)
