I booked this hotel because of an early morning flight, and I was really impressed with their service, excellent heating, and cleanliness. 1. **Airport Shuttle:** They offer a shuttle bus service to and from the airport. The driver helps with luggage, and the hotel bellman also assists guests with a lot of bags. The airport drop-off runs every half hour. 2. **Luggage Storage:** You can store large items you don't need at the front desk, so you don't have to take them up to your room. 3. **Luggage Delivery:** For guests with a lot of luggage, the front desk uses a luggage cart to deliver bags directly to the room. 4. **Lobby Scale:** There's a scale in the lobby to weigh your luggage. 5. **Thoughtful Checkout Gift:** Upon checkout, the front desk even gave me a heated eye mask, which was a very nice touch.

The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym and a heated swimming pool on the basement level. The restaurant also provides late-night supper service. All departments offered warm and attentive service. For an airport hotel, it offers great value for money!

This hotel is right by Qianmen Street, close to Dashilar, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. It's also very close to Tiananmen Square, perfect for catching the flag-raising ceremony, and visiting attractions like the National Museum and Forbidden City. Both Zhushikou and Qianmen subway stations are nearby. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. In the evenings, there were even activities like rubbings and calligraphy in the basement. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

After arriving at the airport at 1 AM, there was an airport pick-up service, which arrived about ten minutes after I called. There's also a drop-off service at 5 AM, which is great. Upon arrival at the hotel, a dedicated staff member greeted me. Since I arrived quite late, my room was upgraded for free. There was also a welcome tea and fruit. The handsome guy at the front desk even escorted me to my room and gave a brief explanation of the facilities. The room's hardware and amenities were roughly 4 to 5-star standard, clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. They offer a wake-up service, and upon check-out, they thoughtfully gave a practical souvenir. A really great stay! I left too early this time and didn't get to see the alpacas. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have a layover in Beijing. Highly recommend it, folks!

Although its executive rooms are more compact and refined compared to executive rooms in other hotels, the beautiful view of the Liangma River outside the room always captivates me. The lounge's afternoon tea and dinner genuinely surpass many five-star hotels; the rich and delicious food always satisfies my taste buds. On the first day of the New Year, I met service staff member Feng Xiangchao again, and he was as enthusiastic and attentive as ever. Knowing I can't eat very cold food, he warmed up all the seafood for me, which was incredibly thoughtful. The next day, we met another service staff member, He Xu, who recommended the best-tasting desserts and, seeing a child nearby, kindly reminded the child and parents to be careful. The attentive service from every staff member here truly makes us feel warm and comfortable. At dinner, I chanced upon a couple with their child. Like us, they also spend every weekend at a five-star hotel. They, too, chose Kempinski again after trying several other five-star hotels because they shared our experience of warmth, excellent service, and delicious food here. This is more than just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for many loyal customers, a haven where they find solace in their busy lives. For future weekends, we will undoubtedly continue to choose Kempinski to enjoy this wonderful time that belongs solely to me. We've already booked our stay here for this coming Chinese New Year, and we're looking forward to it…

The room was spotless, stylish, and warm, with a beautiful city view that felt especially cozy in winter. Service was professional and attentive, and the hotel’s amenities and common areas were well maintained with a calm, modern atmosphere. An excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and understated luxury in central Beijing.

The bed and pillows are on the softer side. Didn't use the shower, so can't comment on that. The toilet has a smart seat with heating and automatic flushing, which is really handy. The soundproofing is a bit lacking though; you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway. Once I was asleep, it didn't bother me. Service: The service was good. They offer free airport pick-up and drop-off. Just book in advance. The driver was very polite and drove smoothly.
