The front desk service attitude of the hotel is very good, the needs of customers can be solved in time, a very good stay experience.

Retro style, the first time I went to live, opened a quiet room, I felt that the room was a little small, the window was separated by two rooms, each half of the room, the next room could be heard, but it was very quiet after 11 o'clock, in general, it was satisfactory, and breakfast was included. I will go again if I have a chance.

It is very close to the high-speed intersection, which is more suitable for passing tourists. The room is quite big, clean, and very quiet at night. The disadvantage is that the quilt is too thick, it is too hot in summer, and the pillow is too short. I hope that the quilt and pillow can be improved, it is perfect.

High performance-price ratio, good service from the front desk brothers and sisters, but some facilities are a bit outdated, but it does not affect the experience.

Bringing the child back to visit the family for the second time, the hotel front desk service is very good, the room is large, there is a terrace, there are fruit and snacks every evening, the room service staff is also very good, that is, the bathroom shower water is relatively small, next time I come back will choose again.

Stayed in a big bed room with a view at 1:30 in the morning, the glass was exposed to the sun all day, and the door was steaming as soon as the door opened! Even the bed, quilt, and mineral water are hot!

The whole room is clean and the bathroom is large, but there are some minor problems. The first bathroom has no hooks, and there is no place to hang clothes for showering and washing. Second, there are warm yellow downlights in the room. But looking up and seeing the light is a bit dazzling; everything else is fine

Beyond the front desk service, the environmental sanitation is really worth the price, it is worth staying! But the front desk service really has to complain, the phone front desk has to take water and the like, you can have no movement for two or three hours, and the phone can be urged to get it. In addition, parking is arbitrary, the result is that the parking space is full after the parking space is full, it is reasonable to say that the parking space is full, the festival is like this. Later, I found the manager, and the manager said that he would try his best to arrange parking. Finally, I parked the car and came in. I heard the front desk complaining to the manager in Hakka. The person just couldn't park the car and was noisy. The manager saw me and quickly asked her to stop. I am also curious. If no one drove out at that time and there was a parking space, would the hotel check out for me?

To be honest, it was really comfortable to take a hot spring bath in Wuhua this time, but I guess I won’t come next time because the place is relatively remote. Although the facilities in the resort are very complete, some parts of the design are very difficult for our family to travel. It's unreasonable. We were arranged to live in a villa area. It's far away from breakfast and hot springs. It's also inconvenient for the elderly and children. Although it's not far to walk, the originally connected places are separated and we can only go through the lobby. It's really very not good. Secondly, in the rooms in the villa area, either the air conditioner does not work, or the TV has an Internet signal, but the TV cannot be seen. Among the three rooms, only one TV can successfully watch the live broadcast. In one room, the TV freezes after watching it for 3 seconds. For 10 minutes, one room was full of preview content, which was very heart-wrenching. Then the room doesn't look big, and I can understand the separation of wet and dry toilets, but considering family travel, the bathroom can't accommodate a child + an adult. I have to bump my elbows while bathing the child, which is very useless... To mention a few good points, the service is very good. The waiter helped with the luggage when he saw it when he got off the bus. I have to praise this. I also like it at home. The uncles and aunts in the resort are also very talkative and will give advice to the elders at home. Words like ”be careful where you are” are very heartwarming! Especially the mud bath area. Although the open area is not large, there are two staff members who will help you when going down and up to prevent accidents. It is worthy of praise! Great for avoiding surprises. Next is the breakfast at the resort. Although there are not many varieties, I praise its hard-boiled eggs and fried eggs. You can taste the eggs that are home-raised, and some are even double-yolk eggs, which have a strong egg flavor!
