I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

The deluxe garden view room booked for parents, the feedback is very satisfactory, the wooden floor is laid, there is a small carpet under the bed, the cabinets are all retro solid wood, the grade is very high, and there is a feeling of home guest rooms. Downstairs is People's Square, it is convenient to eat around, there are Ashui local chicken and Shuidongxingji duck porridge on foot.

The hotel has free supper with sugar water and free foot bath. The service attitude of the young lady at the front desk was very good, and she presented an epidemic prevention package with masks and disinfectant wipes, which was very considerate. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the bar street, and very close to the 1959 Nanyue Cultural and Creative Street, it is very lively at night, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play. The quality of sleep is not good. I specially arranged a room not close to the elevator entrance for me. Overall I feel good. Come back next time

We were driving from Hainan to GZ with a small kid and it was our stop halfway. The location is great. It's in residential area, apparently near downtown. With a mall linked to the hotel (actually using the same parking). There are few other malls walking distance. There is a nice softplay for kids in the connected mall. The room was great. Big, nice bed. Spacious. Everything seemed brand new, I was a bit surprised as it was opened since 2019. The first room we got though had a strong cigarette smell, it was definitely not possible with a child to stay in. We changed the room. The staff was friendly and helpful there. The bathtub was awesome! It has also quite ok soundproof. I didn't hear anything from upstairs or rooms next door (only from the hall, probably because the elevator was next door). Overall, a great place to rest. We overslept breakfast time, can't comment on that, neither on the pool downstairs (I believe it's shared with the linked compound). Service is good, parking is convenient. I would recommend the hotel management to check the hotel directions (导航指导我们去另外停车场) with the amap. It lead us to a different parking.

Paco is my favorite hotel all the time. I’m used to using my mobile phone on business trips. I like it very much. The style and environment are convenient. The location is easy to find. The service is always in place and makes me feel very considerate. It was very warm and gave me a breakfast roll. I missed the breakfast time because I got up late, but the enthusiasm and patience of the staff are very good, and I must have breakfast next time I have a chance.

The front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the room hygiene is not bad. The scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is very good. I strongly recommend everyone to come and take pictures when the weather is good. The scenery is really beautiful. It is very close to the Beikou Station of the high-speed rail. The hotel has free parking, and a parking fee is saved, but it is understandable that you have to scan the code at the front desk to leave the scene. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel had a morning tea set. It was very affordable. Two people could not finish eating for more than 70 yuan. The service attitude was also very good. I forgot to bring the card. I didn't have to be impatient at the front desk. The hotel is relatively new, the door is spacious, the location is in the city center, there is a convenience store downstairs, and there are many restaurants nearby.
